Situs inversus is a rare condition in which transposition of the viscera occurs in the thorax and abdomen. While this condition may be associated with mild to severe multi-organ anomalies, patients may occasionally be completely asymptomatic. We present a case where this condition was incidentally detected during scintigraphic assessment of gastric emptying.
