With the development of big data and cloud computing, data management is breaking down "data silos" and developing from isolated services for single domain to cross-domain data sharing and collaborative services. Based on the public data authorization and operation framework, this paper presented the full-link structure of cross-domain data authorization and operation, and discussed the challenges of data privacy and efficiency in the cross-domain data processing. In response to these challenges, two data processing models, centralized and privacy computing, were proposed, which could improve data processing efficiency while protecting data privacy. The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of formic acid and lactic acid bacteria additives on silage quality and microbial community structure of Broussonetia papyrifera L. The chopped Broussonetia papyrifera L. raw materials were set as three treatments, control group (CK, 5 mL/kg fresh weight (FW) distilled water), compound lactic acid bacteria (LAB, 2 × 107 CFU/g FW) and formic acid (FA, 5 mL/kg FW). The Broussonetia papyrifera L. were silaged at room temperature (23~25 °C) for 60 d, and then determined the nutritional index, fermentation index and microbial community structure. The results showed that compared with CK treatment, FA treatment significantly increased the dry matter and soluble carbohydrate content of silage (P<0.05). Compared with CK and LAB treatment, FA treatment significantly decreased pH value of silage, and significantly increased the LA content (P<0.05). FA treatment increased the content of Acinetobacter and Lentilacobacillus in the Broussonetia papyrifera L. silage, and decreased the content of harmful bacteria. A new-generation of weather radar (CINRAD/ SA Radar) at Zhuzilin, Shenzhen was partially upgraded in 2018. The highest resolution of detected data has been increased from 1 ° x 250 m to the current 0.5 ° x125 m, and the body scanning time has been shortened from 6 min to 4 min. In 2019, a radar at Xiasha, Hangzhou increased the maximum resolution of detected data from 1 ° x 250 m to the current 0.5 ° x 62.5 m, and shortened the body scanning time from 6 min to 4 min. By comparing and analyzing the detection effects of processed fine resolution radar data and original resolution radar data for different severe convection weather types, it is known that finer spatial resolution of the fine resolution radar data, especially with the improvement of dual polarization radar, had obvious advantages on observation and identification of small - and medium-scale strong convective clouds, and during some processes it could identify convection monomer and thunder cloud earlier, and had some improvement effect on quantitative precipitation estimation, indicating significant improvement on the application of radar in routine operation and scientific analysis compared with ordinary resolution radars. Umbilical terminal head is the key hardware equipment of underwater umbilical, which bears complex and harsh loads in deep sea environment, and puts forward higher requirements on the structural capacity of connection system. The deep water umbilical terminal head used in a gas field in the South China Sea was taken as the research object. Based on International Organization for Standardization(ISO)and Der Norske Veritas(DNV) related standards, a finite element model was established for the outer structural components of the umbilical cable terminal according to the elastic-plastic and pure elastic stress analysis methods, and the numerical analysis was carried out. The axial load capacity, shear load capacity, bending moment capacity and torque capacity under production conditions were obtained, and the influence of different lifting methods on the bearing capacity of the deep water umbilical termination head was analyzed. The analysis results show that the bearing capacity calculated under normal production conditions all meet the relevant standard evaluation indicators. Different lifting methods have different effects on the bearing capacity of the deep water umbilical termination head. Compared with the two-point lifting scheme, the four-point lifting scheme is less prone to stress concentration and meets the safety strength requirements. Inspired by origami/kirigami, three-dimensional (3D) mesostructures assembled via a mechanics-guided approach, with reversible and maneuverable shape-morphing capabilities, have attracted great interest with regard to a broad range of applications. Despite intensive studies, the development of morphable 3D mesostructures with high-order (multi-degree-of-freedom) deformation and untethered high-frequency actuation remains challenging. This work introduces a scheme for a magnetically encoded transferable 3D mesostructure, with polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film as the skeleton and discrete magnetic domains as actuation units, to address this challenge. The high-order deformation, including hierarchical, multidirectional and blending shape morphing, is realized by encoding 3D discrete magnetization profiles on the architecture through ultraviolet curing. Reconfigurable 3D mesostructures with a modest structural modulus (∼3 GPa) enable both high-frequency (∼55 Hz) and large-deformation (∼66.8%) actuation under an alternating magnetic field. Additionally, combined with the shape-retention and adhesion property of PET, these 3D mesostructures can be readily transferred and attached to many solid substrates. On this basis, diverse functional devices, including a switchable colour letter display, liquid mixer, sequential flashlight and biomimetic sliding robot, are demonstrated to offer new perspectives for robotics and microelectronics. The study was to explore the optimum fermentation process of Sijunzi decoction and the changes of different components before and after fermentation. With the content of total flavonoids as index, the fermentation process of Sijunzi decoction by lactic acid bacteria was optimized by single factor and response surface methodology. The content of total flavonoids, total polysaccharides and nucleosides in Sijunzi decoction before and after fermentation were investigated by UV spectrophotometry and HPLC. The results showed that the optimal liquid fermentation conditions of Sijunzi decoction were inoculum 3%, fermentation temperature 32 ℃, fermentation time 24 h, shaking speed 120 r/min. The increase of total flavonoids content and total polysaccharide content in Sijunzi decoction after fermentation was 38.45% and 11.06%, respectively. The chromatographic results showed that the content of nucleosides and flavonoids in Sijunzi decoction after fermentation increased compared with those before fermentation. The study indicates that lactic acid bacteria liquid fermentation can increase the content of total flavonoids, total polysaccharides and nucleosides in Sijunzi decoction, indicating that strain fermentation is helpful to improve the content of effective components in traditional Chinese medicine compound. 【Objective】 This study aimed to explore the IGF1R gene sequence structural characteristics and tissue expression in Kunming dogs, and to provide a basis for further study on the regulation mechanism of IGF1R gene in the growth and development and to lay a foundation for molecular genetics and breeding of Kunming dogs. 【Method】The IGF1R gene sequence of Kunming dogs was amplified and sequenced based on molecular cloning technology. Sequence homology alignment and phylogenetic tree of IGF1R gene were constructed by bioinformatics method. The physical and chemical property, sequence structural characteristics of the corresponding amino acid sequence were analyzed by online predicition software, and the tertiary structure model of IGF1R protein were predicted. Meanwhile, real-time quantitative PCR was used to detect the relative expression of IGF1R gene in various tissues of Kunming dogs. 【Result】The CDS region of IGF1R gene in Kunming dogs was 4104 bp encoding 1367 amino acids. IGF1R gene CDS in Kunming dogs had higher homology with Canis lupus familiaris(100%) and Vulpes vulpes(99.3%), but lower homology with Gallus gallus(78.8%). The molecular weight and theoretical isoelectric point of IGF1 R protein were 154 890.07 ku and 5.58, respectively.It contained three fibronectin type(FN3) domains, one furin like cysteine-rich(FU) domain and tyrosine kinase(TyrKc) domain, was a hydrophilic transmembrane protein. Subcellular localization analysis showed that IGF1 R protein was evenly distributed on endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi apparatus and plasma membrane, with the proportion of 33.3%, respectively. The analysis of phosphorylation sites showed that there were 123 phosphorylation sites in IGF1 R protein. The secondary structure of the protein was mainly composed of α-helix and random coil. Tissue expression showed that IGF1R gene was expressed in different tissues of Kunming dogs, especially in lung, heart and kidney. 【Conclusion】 IGF1R gene had strong conservatism in the process of biological evolution. IGF1 R protein of Kunming dogs had the characteristic domain of IGF receptor protein and belonged to hydrophilic transmembrane protein.IGF1 R gene was expressed in 6 tissues of Kunming dog, especially in heart, lung and kidney. The prevention and treatment of cerebro-metabolic disease focus on the control of metabolic risk factors. At present, the clinical drug strategy is still based on the individual intervention of each metabolic risk factor, which brings a lot of trouble to patients due to the variety of drugs used and the high dosage. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a synergistic drug with multiple targets to reduce the drug burden and improve the efficacy in patients with cerebro-metabolic disease. Taurine, as a conditionally essential amino acid, has a variety of biological effects such as regulation of glycolipid metabolism, osmotic pressure regulation, cell membrane stabilization, antioxidation, anti-aging, etc., which has potential clinical value for cerebro-metabolic disease treatment. This paper focused on the pleiotropy of taurine and discussed the mechanism of taurine in cerebro-metabolic disease and its clinical application prospects.

As one of the most popular fields in deep learning, target recognition has been widely applied for civil use, such as face recognition, pedestrian recognition, license plate recognition, vehicle recognition and so on. In the field of military application, it is in its development stage given that there are few military target data sets, but the recognition requires high precision and strong real-time performance. Firstly, the development status of military target recognition was expounded based on deep learning. Then, six mainstream military target recognition algorithms were introduced on the basis of deep learning（including Mask R-CNN, GAN and Deep Forest, DRFCN, E-MobileNet, SSD300 and YOLO） and their related network structures, improvement methods and practical applications. The experiment was to investigate the effect of bacteriophages and antimicrobial peptides on growth performance, fecal microbes and serum immune indexes of weaned piglets. A total of 168 piglets weaned at 28 d of age were randomly divided into seven groups, with four replicates in each group and six pigs in each replicate. Six test groups were supplemented with 800 g/t phage, 800 g/t antimicrobial peptide, 400 g/t phage +400 g/t antimicrobial peptide, 400 g/t phage +200 g/t antimicrobial peptide, 200 g/t phage +400 g/t antimicrobial peptide and 200 g/t bacteriophage +200 g/t antimicrobial peptide, respectively. The experiment lasted for 33 d. The results showed that the feed to gain ratio of piglets in group 1, group 2, group 3, group 4 and group 5 was significantly lower than that in blank control group (P<0.05). The diarrhea rate of twst group was significantly lower than that of blank control group (P<0.05). Fecal Lactobacillus number of piglets in group 1, group 2, group 3, group 4 and group 5 was significantly higher than that in blank control group (P<0.05), and Salmonella number was significantly lower than that in blank control group (P<0.05). The number of fecal Escherichia coli in test group was significantly lower than that in blank control group (P<0.05). The content of IgA in serum of group 1, group 2, group 3, group 4 and group 5 was significantly higher than that of blank control group (P<0.05). The content of IgG and IL-2 in serum of test group were significantly lower than those of blank control group (P<0.05). The experiment indicates that both phage and antimicrobial peptides can reduce feed to gain ratio, diarrhea rate and the number of Escherichia coli and Salmonella in feces of weaned piglets, increase the number of Lactobacillus in feces, improve the immunity of piglets. Alpha-fetoprotein producing gastric cancer (AFPGC) is a special type of gastric cancer. AFPGC is considered to be the most highly invasive tumor with a high degree of malignancy and prone to metastasis. As a consequence, it usually causes unsatisfied treatment effect and the prognosis is poor. At present, treatment methods and monitoring indicators have limited effect on AFPGC. VEGF, HER2, AFP, GPC3 and SALL4 are cogently associated with tumor genesis and development. If we can reasonably guide the treatment and prognosis of AFPGC patients, it will greatly improve the situation of patients and improve the survival of patients. 目的 分析经皮穿肝十二指肠乳头肌扩张术治疗胆总管结石的并发症发生情况。方法 回顾性分析117例行经皮穿肝十二指肠乳头肌扩张术治疗胆总管结石患者的临床资料,观察其并发症发生情况。结果 117例患者均顺利完成手术,发生并发症8例。其中,4例胆系感染者给予抗感染治疗,并保持胆汁引流管通畅;3例胆管出血者静脉应用止血药物、质子泵抑制剂及生长抑素持续24 h静脉泵入等保守治疗,其中1例穿刺时刺伤门静脉分支者拔管时选用弹簧圈封堵门静脉分支;1例胰腺炎者经积极抑酸、抑酶、营养支持等对症治疗;患者均病情稳定后出院。结论 经皮穿肝十二指肠乳头肌扩张术治疗胆总管结石术后并发症发生率低,经积极对症支持治疗均可得到良好控制。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To investigate the effects and possible mechanism of centromere protein U (CENPU) on the proliferation and glycolysis of gastric cancer cells. Methods Human gastric cancer cell lines GES-1, AGS, MKN45, and HGC-27 were cultured in vitro, and the expression of CENPU mRNA in each cell line was determined by real-time quantitative PCR. HGC-27 cells were screened for subsequent experiments according to the expression of CENPU mRNA. They were divided into the blank control group (NG group: cells without special treatment), negative control group (siCENPU-NC group：transfected with si-CENPU-NC sequence), and silent CENPU expression group (si-CENPU group： transfected with si-CENPU sequence) . The proliferation and clone formation rate of HGC-27 cells in each group were detected by CCK-8 and plate cloning experiment. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to determine the key indicators of glycolysis in HGC-27 cells in each group: glucose consumption (GC), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), adenosine triphosphate (ATP), and pyruvate kinase (PK), hexokinase (HK) levels. Western blotting was used to detect protein kinase B (AKT), p-AKT, activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) and p-STAT3 protein expression in HGC-27 cells in each group. Results The expression of CENPU mRNA was abnormally high in gastric cancer cells, and the expression of CENPU mRNA was the highest in HGC-27 cells (P<0. 05) . HGC-27 cells were selected for subsequent experiments. Compared with the NG group and si-CENPU-NC group, the proliferation inhibition rate of HGC-27 cells increased (P<0. 05), and the colony formation rate, the levels of GC, LDH, ATP, HK, PK and p-AKT/AKT, and p-STAT3/ STAT3 in cells all decreased in the si-CENPU group (all P<0. 05) . Conclusion Down-regulation of CENPU expression can inhibit the proliferation of gastric cancer cells and interfere with cellular glycolysis, which may be achieved by inhibiting the activation of AKT/STAT3 pathway. Silage is an important livestock feed resource, which plays an important role in the development of animal husbandry, which is processed by anaerobic fermentation of microorganisms on the leaf surface to better preserve nutrients. Lactobacillus is main microorganism in silage, which can produce lactic acid by fermentation with soluble sugar, reduce pH value of silage, create acidic environment quickly, inhibit the growth of harmful microorganisms and improve the fermentation quality of silage. The paper reviews the research and application of lactic acid bacteria in silage from different sources, to provide reference for the development and application of lactic acid bacteria preparation. When some weak typhoons from the South China Sea land in Guangdong, they cause long-term and large-scale wind and rain disasters to the local area due to their complicated paths and slow movement. This paper uses dual polarization radar data to analyze the microphysical structure of precipitation induced by weak typhoons that came from the South China Sea and landed in Guangdong during 2018—2020. It is found that there were two main areas of strong precipitation before the landing of weak typhoons from the South China Sea. One, on the sea and south to the typhoon center, was the precipitation area of the typhoon eye wall and the other, on the right front of the typhoon’s moving direction, was located in the region where the spiral rain bands landed. In the eye wall, the large value areas of horizontal reflectivity (ZH) and differential propagation phase shift (KDP) were in the same phase in the lower levels, and the large value areas of differential reflectivity (ZDR) were located in the upwind direction. The precipitation particles started to be excited on the right side of the movement. The large concentration of small precipitation particles was distributed from the right side to the right front of the movement, while large-particle precipitation appeared on the right side and in the rear right region. In addition, typhoon precipitation particles were significantly different when they were over the ocean and the land. Due to terrain friction and uplift, the concentration of precipitation particles over the land was relatively large, but the water vapor and energy supply was insufficient, and the diameter of precipitation particle was small. Nevertheless, the sea surface had sufficient water vapor and energy supply, and the convection height was relatively high. The precipitation over the ocean was mainly composed of convective precipitation of heavy raindrops, but the concentration of precipitation particles was lower than that of land. In order to study the permeability of deep coal seam with time-dependent effect during the long-term extraction process, the improved porosity and permeability model coupling with gas desorption effect and time-dependent effect was developed by incorporating mean effective stress into the gas migration equation. By using COMSOL Multiphysics, the process of gas migration around the borehole was calculated quantitatively. In combination with the field data, the variation law of gas seepage field with or without time-dependent effect was compared and analyzed, and the law of gas migration in deep coal seam during long-term extraction was simulated and analyzed. The results show that coal seam permeability increases exponentially with gas pressure decreasing. The porosity and permeability simulation results considering time-dependent effect are significantly smaller than those without considering the time-dependent effect model, and as the extraction time increases, the viscoelastic elements make the coal body denser in the creep constitutive. With the increase of extraction time, the time-dependent effect of deep coal seam becomes more obvious, and the difference increases gradually between the simulation results of porosity and permeability considering time-dependent effect or not. The time-dependent simulation results are in good agreement with the field data and are more in line with the actual evolutionary characteristics. At the same time, as the distance from the center of the borehole decreases, the permeability shows an increasing trend, while the pressure shows a decreasing trend. When the extraction time is 1 d, the permeability is large and the gas pressure is small near the center of the borehole. At different extraction times, when the extraction time gradually increases, the permeability gradually increases at the same position, and the gas pressure gradually decreases. When the extraction time increases from 1 d to 30 d, the permeability increases by nearly 1. 4 times near the center of the borehole, the gas pressure decreases by nearly 3. 8 times, and the evolution of permeability and gas pressure tends to balance in the model. 近年来，高脂血症患病率在全球范围内增长，多不饱和脂肪酸降脂作用的研究引起国内外学者高度关注并取得重要进展。为对深入研究多不饱和脂肪酸对血脂调节的相关机制及进一步开发多不饱和脂肪酸来源的药物或功能性食品提供参考,综述了近年来国内外对多不饱和脂肪酸降脂作用机制的研究进展，主要集中于激活脂质代谢相关转录因子及信号通路、调节炎症因子、改善氧化应激反应、提高脂联素水平、减少瘦素含量及表观遗传修饰等方面，并指出近年来多不饱和脂肪酸降脂研究中存在的共性问题。多不饱和脂肪酸作为一种独特的生物活性物质，已在降血脂、抗氧化、抗炎、免疫调节等多种方面展示出显著的药理活性，具有很大的发展潜力。 In recent years, the prevalence of hyperlipidemia has increased worldwide, the research on the lipid-lowering effect of polyunsaturated fatty acids has attracted great attention and made important progress. In order to provide reference for further research on the mechanism of polyunsaturated fatty acids regulating blood lipids and further development of drugs or functional foods derived from polyunsaturated fatty acids, the recent progress on the lipid-lowering mechanism of polyunsaturated fatty acids at home and abroad were reviewed, mainly focusing on activation of lipid metabolis-related transcription factors and pathways, regulation of inflammatory factors, reduction of oxidative stress, improvement of adiponectin level, reduction of leptin content and epigenetic modification. Some common problems in lipid-lowering studies of polyunsaturated fatty acids in recent years were pointed out. As a unique bioactive substance, polyunsaturated fatty acids have shown significant pharmacological activities in lowering blood lipid, antioxidation, anti-inflammatory and immune regulation,and have great potential for development.

Continuous observation on moving targets at sea has important implications to maintain the safety of the navigation barrier. Existing methods either rely on satellite observations, or only rely on UAV observation, did not solve the problem of continuous observation of the maritime moving taxget. On the basis of analysis of the current methods, we constructed the aerospace collaborative continuous observation model for moving target at sea, and put forward aerospace collaborative continuous observation strategy (ACCOS) to reduce the complexity of solving the model. ACCOS extracted five sub problems to solve the problem: Satellite planning, UAV flight plan, UAV observation sequence, target potential area and distribution probability density prediction, UAV path planning. In order to realize the optimization goal of the model, the five sub problems are modeled and solved in turn. Finally, the simulation results show that the proposed method can greatly reduce the average observation period of the target, and effectively solve the problem of the continuous observation of the moving taxget in the sea. A pricing model based on price matching policies is developed for container liner shipping. The shipper's ordering behavior and carrier's pricing decision-making under price matching are formulated by sequential game model. The relationship of demand fluctuation with carrier's pricing, price matching coefficient and carrier's profit; and the effect of carrier's pricing on shipper's booking amount, are analyzed and tested. Results indicate that the carrier's optimal pricing and maximum profit reduce with the increase of the demand fluctuation, yet the price matching coefficient increases. Meanwhile, the shipper's booking amount decreases with the increase of carrier's pricing. There is an upper bound for demand fluctuation, beyond which the price matching policies contribute to the increase of carrier's income. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In order to find out the evolution laws of land ecological environment due to Super-large Coalface Mining (SCM)，a monitoring system of land ecological environment had been established at some typical workface in Shendong Coal Mine，the self-healing or natural healing abilities of land surface deformation，cracks and soil quality in the area had been investigated. The result shows that:① for an equivalent mining unit，the total amount of the surface movement and transformation of SCM was similar to traditional mining methods. However，the influenced time by mining was reduced around 50%，and the relative uniform subsidence region achieved 78% of the total subsidence area at once，its topography recovery as pre-mining showed a distinct ability of self-healing;② the ground cracks had obvious subarea feature with strong self-healing capacities. The dynamic cracks developed at uniform subsidence area without obvious heads in mining direction，which would close soon during the mining process. Its development cycle function was established with mining and geology. Marginal fissures occurred at mining boundary with ‘O’ shape，the angle of crack was nearly vertical. The width of crack trip was smaller than that in traditional mining，with the value range from 40-50 m;③ the changes of soil physical properties were consistent with the characteristic of surface deformation and ground cracks development. Within one year subsidence，the soil physical properties of uniform subsidence area tended to reach pre-mining levels，and most coal mining influence disappeared. By contrast，the heterogeneous subsidence needed manual control due to marginal cracks.
