Ocular devices worn on human eyeballs with hemispherical appearance and intelligent functions are expected to perform continuous and nondestructive oculopathy disease management because human eyes contain abundant physiological and biochemical information. However, fabricating and integrating different devices on the hemispherical surface with varying curvature remains a challenge. Herein, we report a Ti3C2Tx MXene-based hemispherical integrated system that connects a micro-supercapacitor (MSC) and strain sensors to form self-powered devices for intraocular pressure monitoring. The use of the same Ti3C2Tx MXene material as the electrode material of MSC and piezoresistive films of the strain sensors greatly reduces the complexity of the manufacturing process. The high specific capacitance (32 mF cm−2) at a scan rate of 5 mV s−1 and energy density (10 mW h cm−2) of the Ti3C2Tx MXene-based MSC enable stable output voltage to drive the strain sensor. Meanwhile, the Ti3C2Tx strain sensor provides a superior sensitivity of 0.014 mmHg−1 and a wide sensing range varying from 0 to 50 mmHg, which can realize continuous IOP monitoring. Furthermore, the self-powered hemispherical integrated device provides rapid and stable response to different IOP, holding great promise for oculopathy diagnosis and treatment. Tumor starvation therapy utilizing glucose oxidase (GOx), has gained traction due to its non-invasive and bio-safe attributes. However, its effectiveness is often hampered by severe hypoxia in the tumor microenvironment (TME), limiting GOx's catalytic activity. To address this issue, a multifunctional nanosystem based on mesoporous polydopamine nanoparticles (MPDA NPs) was developled to alleviate TME hypoxia. This nanosystem integrated GOx modification and oxygenated perfluoropentane (PFP) encapsulation to address hypoxia-related challenges in the TME. Under NIR laser irradiation, the MPDA NPs exhibit significant photothermal conversion efficacy, activating targeted tumor photothermal therapy (PTT), while also serving as proficient photoacoustic (PA) imaging agents. The ensuing temperature rise facilitates oxygen (O 2) release and induces liquid-gas conversion of PFP, generating microbubbles for enhanced ultrasound (US) imaging signals. The supplied oxygen alleviates local hypoxia, thereby enhancing GOx-mediated endogenous glucose consumption for tumor starvation. Overall, the integration of ultrasound/photoacoustic dual imaging-guided PTT and starvation therapy within MPDA-GOx@PFP@O 2 nanoparticles (MGPO NPs) presents a promising platform for enhancing the efficacay of tumor treatment by overcoming the complexities of the TME. A multifunctional MPDA-based theranostic nanoagent was developed for US/PAI imaging-guided PTT and starvation therapy against tumor hypoxia by direct O 2 delivery. The incorporation of oxygenated perfluoropentane (PFP) within the mesoporous structure of MGPO not only enables efficient US imaging but also helps in alleviating tumor hypoxia. Moreover, the strong near-infrared (NIR) absorption of MGPO NPs promote the generation of PFP microbubbles and release of oxygen, thereby enhancing US imaging and GOx-mediated starvation therapy. Such a multifunctional nanosystem leverages synergistic effects to enhance therapeutic efficacy while incorporating US/PA imaging for precise visualization of the tumor. Severe traumatic bleeding may lead to extremely high mortality rates, and early intervention to stop bleeding plays as a critical role in saving lives. However, rapid hemostasis in deep non-compressible trauma using a highly water-absorbent hydrogel, combined with strong tissue adhesion and bionic procoagulant mechanism, remains a challenge. In this study, a DNA hydrogel (DNAgel) network composed of natural nucleic acids with rapid water absorption, high swelling and instant tissue adhesion is reported, like a band-aid to physically stop bleeding. The excellent swelling behavior and robust mechanical performance, meanwhile, enable the DNAgel band-aid to fill the defect cavity and exert pressure on the bleeding vessels, thereby achieving compression hemostasis for deep tissue bleeding sites. The neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs)-inspired DNAgel network also acts as an artificial DNA scaffold for erythrocytes to adhere and aggregate, and activates platelets, promoting coagulation cascade in a bionic way. The DNAgel achieves lower blood loss than commercial gelatin sponge (GS) in male rat trauma models. In vivo evaluation in a full-thickness skin incision model also demonstrates the ability of DNAgel for promoting wound healing. Overall, the DNAgel band-aid with great hemostatic capacity is a promising candidate for rapid hemostasis and wound healing. During transportation, bulk materials are susceptible to spillage due to equipment instability and environmental factors, resulting in increased maintenance costs and environmental pollution. Thus, intelligent and efficient condition monitoring is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency of transfer equipment. It facilitates the timely identification of potential safety hazards, preventing accidents from occurring or their impact from spreading, thereby minimizing production and maintenance costs. This study presents a deep-learning-based multioperation synchronous monitoring method suitable for belt conveyors that integrate target segmentation and detection networks to simultaneously diagnose belt deviation, measure conveying load, identify idlers, and do other tasks on a self-made dataset. This method effectively reduces the complexity of multistate simultaneous monitoring and monitoring costs, thereby avoiding environmental pollution caused by transportation accidents. Experimental results show that the segmentation accuracy of the proposed method can be up to 88.72%, with a detection accuracy of 91.3% and an overall inference speed of 90.9 frames per second. Furthermore, by extending the dataset, the proposed method can incorporate additional tasks, such as belt damage, scattered material, and foreign object identifications. This study has practical significance in ensuring the normal and eco-friendly operation of bulk material transportation.
