Latar Belakang : Ibu hamil merupakan pribadi yang rentan terhadap stres. Hal ini disebabkan oleh perubahan kondisi fisiologis dan psikologis. Padahal, kondisi stres berdampak buruk, terutama terhadap janin yang sedang dikandung, dan juga ibu hamil sendiri. Ibu rumah tangga yang sedang mengalami kehamilan sangat rentan mengalami stres karena tingginya beban kerja mereka. Oleh karena itu, peneliti merasakan perlunya dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan karakteristik ibu rumah tangga yang mengalami kehamilan dengan tingkat stres semasa kehamilan di Puskesmas Batua Kecamatan Panakukang Kota Makassar sehingga dapat diantisipasi ke depannya. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis analitik dengan rancangan Cross Sectional, untuk meneliti hubungan karakteristik ibu rumah tangga yang mengalami kehamilan dengan kecenderungan terjadinya stres. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini secara accidental sampling. Data hasil penelitian berupa data primer yang diperoleh dari kuisioner Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 84 responden, sebanyak 63,1% ibu rumah tangga yang hamil bekerja mengalami stres sedang ??? sangat berat dan 36,9% mengalami stres ringan. Dari lima variabel yang diteliti, dua variabel ternyata tidak dapat membuktikan adanya hubungan, yaitu umur (p=1.000) dan tingkat pendidikan (p=0.075), sedangkan variabel yang lain yaitu graviditas (p=0.00), usia kehamilan (p=0,000) dan status ekonomi (p=0.044) secara statistik dapat membuktikan adanya hubungan yang signifikan dengan tingkat stress semasa kehamilan. Saran : Kepada pihak terkait khususnya Poliklinik KIA Puskesmas Batua agar menyediakan jasa konsultasi yang berguna bagi ibu hamil untuk dapat terhindar dari stres semasa kehamilannya.

Perkembangan industri yang pesat dan dapat meningkatkan taraf hidup dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif terhadap masyarakat dan pekerja. Salah satunya adalah gangguan kapasitas paru pada pekerja operator pengisian bahan bakar di SPBU. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan gangguan kapasitas paru pada pekerja operator SPBU. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Data diambil dari responden dengan metode survei menggunakan kuesioner, spirometer untuk pengukuran kapasitas paru, dan status gizi diukur dengan menggunakan microtoice role timbangan berat badan manual. Penarikan sampel dengan teknik Proportional Random Sampling sebanyak 46 pekerja di 3 SPBU di Kecamatan Tamalanrea Kota Makassar. Dari 46 responden, 26 orang mengalami gangguan kapasitas paru. Berdasarkan uji statistik menggunakan chi square test yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara umur (p=0,015), masa kerja (p=0,019), dan kebiasaan merokok (p=0,019). Dengan gangguan kapasitas paru. Sedangkan lama kerja dan status gizi tidak berhubungan dengan gangguan kapasitas paru pada operator SPBU. Kepada pihak managemen SPBU dan instansi terkait supaya lebih memperhatikan kesehatan pekerja.

The aim of this research was to observe intestinal glands histology of duodenum from native chicken, pigeon, and duck. Samples used are duodenum from 3 native chickens, 3 pigeons, and 3 ducks with undifferentiated of sex and weight. Fowl was slaughtered, duodenum were taken out then proceeded for histology method using parraffination and stained with hematoxylin-eosin. Histological observation include the density and morphology of intestinal glands. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the intestinal glands histology differ among native chicken, pigeon, and duck but the morphology of intestinal gland was similar that was simple tubular. The number of intestinal glands in native chicken and pigeon almost similar and found in high density but lower than that found in pigeon. This difference assumed to be correlated with type and concentration of feed.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Customer Relationship (pemasaran yang berkelanjutan, pemasaran secara individu dan program kerja sama) terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. Bank Sulselbar di Makassar dan untuk menentukan variabel dari Customer Relationship yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. Bank Sulselbar di Makassar. Sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis descriptive, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linear berganda dan pengujian hipotesis (uji serempak dan uji parsial). Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa customer relationship yang terdiri dari : pemasaran yang berkelanjutan, pemasaran secara individu, program kerja sama telah diterapkan pada perusahaan PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar selain itu bahwa customer relationzship melalui penerapan program pemasaran yang berkelanjutan, pemasaran secara individu, program kerja sama mempunyai pengaruh dan hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar karena koefisien regresi dan koefisien korelasi positif serta signifikansi F = 0,000. Dari hasil persamaan regresi maka variabel customer relationship yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar adalah program kerja sama, hal ini disebabkan karena variabel program kerja sama mempunyai nilai koefisien regresi yang terbesar jika dibandingkan dengan variabel pemasaran yang berkelanjutan dan pemasaran individu.

Women are the most active participants in family businesses. Hence, there is a hypothesis about indirect correlation among microfinance sectors, family empowerment, and women’s welfare in developing countries. Based on that hypothesis, the Cash Waqf Management System (Masyita 2006) has chosen the microfinance sector as the main portfolio for its investments to accelerate poverty alleviation. In some developing countries, women have proved to be highly competent and experienced in microfinance program management. In an Islamic socioeconomic context, women also work in collaboration with their husbands to empower their family and ensure care and a bright future for their children. Family empowerment rather than empowerment of women through microcredit, a form of microfinance, represents a significant shift in paradigm (Mannan 1998). Therefore, most funds collected through cash waqf certificate issues are allocated as loans for microenterprises. This microcredit program should be aimed particularly at helping poor people initiate family businesses and thus enhance their quality of life.

This research tries to find out the potency of Islamic Voluntary Sector as financial instrument to alleviate the poverty in Indonesia. This research also tries to offer a computer simulation based approach design of the cash waqf fund management system and zakah fund as a part of Islamic Voluntary Sector in a system dynamics model. Using the system dynamics methodology, we try to know the structure of the cash waqf funds management system and simulate the behaviour of cash waqf and zakah fund. Zakah and Cash Waqf fund are expected to become the alternative instruments for the poverty alleviation programs in Indonesia. These programs require huge amount of fund that cannot be provided thoroughly by the government. Therefore, development of the voluntary sector for such a program is inevitable. In the Islamic sosio-economic concept, there are some sources of social fund that are economically and politically free of charge, namely cash waqf and zakah, infaq and shodaqah. In this research we focus in Cash Waqf Management and Zakah fund. In these concepts, Nadzir collects the fund from Waqif and invest the money in the real sector (mainly Small & Medium-sized Ventures) and in any syariah-based investment opportunities and Amil also collects the fund from Muzzaki. Amil will distribute all of Zakah fund for Mustahiq and Nadzir will then allocate all profits and returns gained from the investments to any poverty alleviation programs to enhance the quality of poor people’s life, such as free education and health service, cheap basic food, etc. Not just like Amil, who is allowed to distribute all of zakah fund, Nadzir is obliged to maintain the amount of fund in such a way that it does not go below the initial amount. Therefore, Nadzir not only should be highly capable, but also needs a financial institution, which has been proven to be experienced, highly capable and effective in helping Micro and SMEs development efforts, since such a microfinancing program is considered as the most vital portfolio in the poverty alleviation program. Therefore, it’s necessary to design an instrument which is able to control the cash waqf management.

Laboratory of Management Faculty of Economics, University of Padjadjaran (LMFE Unpad) is one of the units with fully supported by Faculty of Economics, University of Padjadjaran. LMFE provides services in research, training, management and business consultancy. Major problems of LMFE are the lack of adequate marketing effort, innovation, motivation, and commitment of the LMFE members and those jeopardize the healthy growth of LMFE. As a complex social system, the LMFE’s performances are extremely influenced by numerous interrelated variables. Understanding and recognizing the relevant of factors and their influence on an organization are inevitably consequences for effectiveness of organization itself. Therefore, the objective of this study is to explore and understand the complex interdependences and underlying structure at the behavioral and cognitive level, which influence organizational learning and effectiveness of LMFE over time. Marketing effort, innovations, motivation and commitment are part of organization structure variables. In order to do so, this study applies a system dynamics approach, which helps explore complexities and underlying structures that generally are not detected by the input-output type of models generally used in organizational studies. Organizations learn through their individuals. This paper describes a method of intervention by a facilitator designed to enhance organization learning through changes in individuals’ mental models. Implicit in system dynamics approach to organizational learning is organizations work the way they do because people work the way they do. And people work they way they do because of the way they think, and further, they work the way they do together because of how they think together. Therefore, if LMFE want to change the way people work together, then LMFE need to enable people to think differently – together. Participation of LMFE members in group model-building process is expected to build stakeholders’ understanding and enhance team learning. Some causal feedback loop diagrams have been demonstrated in this paper, both a source of knowledge and a process for learning. Various models of organization learning also help LMFE to start a learning process. Like many similar studies, the real learning is in the PROCESS, rather than in the CONTENT or OUTCOME. Based on that reason, a series of organizational learning workshop for LMFE members will be very important things to do as the next step.

Telah dilakukan isolasi satu senyawa metabolit sekunder dari ekstrak n -heksana batang Tinospora crispa . Ekstraksi dilakukan dengan metode maserasi. Pemisahan dan pemurnian dilakukan dengan teknik kromatografi. Terhadap senyawa hasil isolasi dilakukan uji aktivitas antioksidan menggunakan metode DPPH (1,1 - difenil-2-pikrilhidrazil) dengan variasi konsentrasi 1000, 500, 250, 125, 62,5, 31,25, 15,625 dan 7,8125 μg/mL. Senyawa hasil isolasi diperoleh dalam bentuk minyak berwarna kuning. Berdasarkan data spektroskopi NMR 1D dan dengan membandingkan data senyawa yang telah dilaporkan dari jamur endofitik batang brotowali pada literatur disimpulkan bahwa senyawa hasil isolasi adalah bis-(2-etilheksil)ftalat dengan rumus molekul C 24 O 4 H 38 . Uji aktivitas antioksidan dari senyawa hasil isolasi memberikan nilai IC 50 sebesar 232,9 μg/mL dan dikategorikan tidak aktif antioksidan.

Using the system dynamics methodology, we try to design the structure of cash waqf system and simulate the behaviour of cash waqf model.

BRI has shown an excellent track record in conducting microbanking and strong commitment to SMEs development, as well as to poverty alleviation program. Therefore, BRI is the most valuable choice and is expected to play main role in assisting Nadzir to manage the collected cash waqf fund and to distribute the returns to enhance the Poor’s welfare in Indonesia.

Background: It is estimated that more than 50% of patients with voice disorders who come fortreatment are caused by laryngopharyngeal reflux (LPR). LPR has been implicated in the etiology ofmany laryngeal disorders including subglottic stenosis, laryngeal carcinoma, laryngeal contact ulcer,laryngospasm and vocal nodule on the vocal cords. Ambulatory 24 hour double-probe (pharyngeal andesophageal) pH monitoring is the gold standard examination for diagnosing LPR, but it is still far fromideal criteria.The assessment of pepsin in airway secretions could be used as a sensitive diagnosticmarker of LPR because pepsin is not synthesized by any type of airway cells. Purpose: The aim ofthis study was to detect the presence of pepsin on laryingopharyngeal reflux patients which diagnosedbased on reflux symptom index (RSI) dan reflux finding score (RFS) at Wahidin Sudirohusodo Hospital,Makassar. Methods: This is a comparative quantitative study. We performed RSI and RFS examinationson 51 samples, followed by saliva pepsin detection using ELISA method on 48 samples, then analyzed withSpearman’s Rho test. Result: RSI score >13 was found in 48 samples (94,12%) and RFS score >7 wasin 51 samples (100%). Pepsin was detected on all sputum samples, however there was no significant relationship betwen RSI and RFS scoring with the level of pepsin in saliva (p>0.01). Conclusion: Pepsin was detected on saliva of patients with laringopharyngeal reflux who was diagnosed based on RSI andRFS. We concluded that RSI and RFS can be used as diagnostic tools for LPR. Diduga RLF berperan pada patogenesissejumlah kelainan pada laring, termasuk stenosis subglotik, karsinoma laring, laryngeal contact ulcers ,laringospasme dan vokal nodul pada pita suara. Pemeriksaan ambulatory 24 hour double-probe pHmonitoring merupakan gold standard untuk mendiagnosis RLF, namun pemeriksaan ini masih jauh darikriteria ideal. Menentukan adanya pepsin pada sekret saluran napas merupakan petanda diagnostik yangsensitif untuk RLF karena pepsin tidak dihasilkan oleh sel apapun dalam saluran napas. Tujuan: Penelitianini bertujuan mendeteksi keberadaan pepsin pada penderita refluks laringofaring yang didiagnosisberdasarkan refluks symptom index (RSI) dan reflux finding score (RFS). Metode: Jenis penelitian iniadalah komparatif kuantitatif. Dilakukan pemeriksaan RSI dan RFS pada 51 percontoh dan dilanjutkandengan pemeriksaan pepsin saliva menggunakan metode ELISA pada 48 percontoh lalu dilakukan ujiSpearman’s Rho. Hasil: Skor RSI >13 sebanyak 48 percontoh (94,12%) dan skor RFS >7 sebanyak 51percontoh (100%). Pepsin terdeteksi pada saliva semua percontoh. Tidak ada hubungan yang bermaknaantara skoring RSI dan RFS dengan kadar pepsin pada saliva (p>0,01). Kesimpulan: RSI dan RFS dapatdigunakan dalam menegakkan diagnosis RLF.
