It is focused on diagnostics of timber structures using non-destructive and semi-destructive testing methods, such as visual inspection, moisture content measurement, penetration depth of a steel pin measurement and endoscopy. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the condition of the timber structures according to the results of the building survey.

Diplomová práca sa v teoretickej časti zameriava na základný prehľad vlastností dreva, poškodení, ochrany a používaných diagnostických metód. V praktickej časti sa zameriava na porovnanie vybraných fyzikálnych a mechanických vlastností s odporovou charakteristikou získanou z odporového vŕtania. Based on those defined pieces of information the static recalculation of girder and pile was made.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá stavebně technickým průzkumem části budovy, ve které se nachází brněnské Univerzitní kino Scala a Divadlo Bolka Polívky. Budova oslaví v roce 2028 100leté výročí a jejím autorem je stavitel Jaroslav Josef Polívka. Průzkum se týkal rámové železobetonové konstrukce, na které byla zjišťována pevnost betonu v tlaku na jádrových vývrtech a stav vyztužení nedestruktivními i destruktivními metodami. Původním účelem průzkumu bylo zajistit podklady pro statické posouzení kvůli potenciální nadstavbě dalšího podlaží, ale prohlídka odhalila tak významné poruchy, že bylo nutné budovu nakonec uzavřít. Součástí práce je návrh vyztužení, pokud by byla stejná konstrukce navrhována dle současně platných norem, avšak s použitím původních materiálů, a dále porovnání navrženého vyztužení se skutečným provedením., This diploma thesis focuses on the construction survey of the building where the University Cinema Scala and the Bolek Polívka theatre is located. The building will celebrate its 100th birthday in 2028 and its author is the builder Jaroslav Josef Polívka. The survey concerns reinforced frame constructions. The compressive strength of concrete cores and type of reinforcement was determined and non-destructive and destructive diagnostic tests were used. The first aim of the survey was to collect materials for a static report due to the planned superstructure but a visual inspection of the construction was performed and serious failures were found. For these reasons, the closure of the building was necessary. Last part of the thesis is the design of the reinforcement, if the same structure was designed according to the currently valid Eurocodes, but with the use of original materials; as well as a comparison of the designed reinforcement with the actual reinforcement.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací tvaru a následným určením pevnosti dřevo-slámových panelů. Cílem práce bylo co nejvíce zvýšit únosnost panelů a pomocí statických výpočtů i praktických zkoušek dokázat jejich použitelnost pro konstrukce pozemních staveb. Z vypočtených hodnot maximálního zatížení pro jednotlivé panely byly sestaveny technické listy. S jejich pomocí byl následně posouzen jednoduchý modelový domek, který prokázal použitelnost panelů pro konstrukce pozemních staveb., The diploma thesis focuses on shape optimization and then on determining of strength of straw bane panels. The thesis aims to maximize the load-bearing capacity of the panels and using static calculation and laboratory testing to prove usability of panels in construction of buildings. From the acquired maximal load values for each panel the technical data sheets were created. Values in the technical data sheets were evaluated on FEM model of a simple house. The model proved applicability and reliability of straw bane panels in construction of buildings.

Tato mostní konstrukce se nachází na silnici 4794 a překonává potok Olešná ve městě Paskov., The diploma thesis deals with inspection and construction technical survey of the reinforced concrete bridge structure and final evaluation of the condition of the selected reinforced concrete bridge object. This bridge structure is located on the road 4794 and overcomes the Olešná stream in the town of Paskov.

Práce se zabývá problematikou hodnocení existujících konstrukcí z kamene, konkrétně kamenných mostů. Obsahuje přehled nejčastěji používaných typů konstrukcí a materiálů historických mostů a pojednává také o dobových technologiích jejich výstavby. V práci je rovněž zpracován přehled metod pro zkoušení stavebního kamene, a to jak v laboratoři, tak in situ. Experimentální část popisuje průzkum a hodnocení konkrétního kamenného mostu v Dobromilicích, včetně návrhu optimálního způsobu rekonstrukce., This thesis is focused on the evaluation of existing stone structures, particularly stone bridges. It contents a summary of the most frequently used structure types and materials of historic bridges as well as it presents some contemporary technologies. Thesis also presents methods of the construction stone testing, both laboratory and in situ. The process of the assessment of existing structures from ČSN ISO 13822 is being applied on the evaluation of stone structures, taking into account their specifics. These specifics results from the natural origin of the building material. The experimental part describes the survey and assessment of an existing stone bridge in Dobromilice, including a proposal for an adequate way of reconstruction.

Diplomová práce se zabývá stavebně technickým průzkumem železobetonové konstrukce. V teoretické části se práce věnuje zkoušeným vlastnostem betonu a metodikou průzkumů staveb, použitých v praktické části. Na závěr se práce zabývá statickým posudkem vybraného průvlaku a sloupu., This diploma thesis deals with construction and technological survey of the reinforced concrete structure. The first part of the diploma thesis deals with the properties of the reinforced concrete and with the building survey methods applied in the second part of the thesis. The second part of the diploma thesis focuses on diagnostics of existing structure. More specifically, the hardness of the concrete is tested using a Schmidt hammer and then it is further specified by testing the cores. The reinforcement in the reinforced concrete is also tested using electromagnetic indicator, ground-penetrating radar, and chopped probes. Lastly, a static assessment of the selected girder and column is conducted.

Součástí je také statický výpočet zatížitelnosti, který současně hodnotí stav konstrukce., The object of the theoretical part of this diploma thesis is overview of the historical development of reinforced concrete and concrete reinforcements, including the elaboration of a detailed methodology for the assessment of the state of bridge structures. It is applied in practical parts of two bridges independent on each other. There are used the most modern technologies like device Hilti PS1000, profometer PM-630 to diagnose objects and they are completed by chopped probe. It also includes a structural analysis of the load capacity, that concurrently evaluates the quality of the construction.

Diplomová práce se v teoretické části zabývá stručným přehledem metod používaných v diagnostice železobetonových konstrukcí. Praktická část této práce se zabývá diagnostikou výrobní železobetonové haly v areálu Fatra Napajedla. This part will provide concrete strength of existing structures and will verify the reinforcement of individual elements of the structure by means of modern devices – radar and electromagnetic rebar locator. In the final section of this thesis will be performed static reports of selected parts of the structure.

It describes process of survey and evaluation of existing reinforced concrete structures and used diagnostic methods. The survey of the object is described in the practical part of the thesis, which involves location of testing spots, taking the samples for testing from the structure, laboratory testing and evaluation of the results – determination of compressive strength of concrete with classification of concrete and elastic modulus. The last part includes static calculation of selected part of the structure.

The main part of the survey is brick masonry, its failures and structural assesment. The thesis includes also survey of foundation structures, the history and description of the building.

V závěru je zhodnocen stav konstrukce a jsou navrhnuta opatření., The subject of bachelor’s thesis is a structural-technical survey of a reinforced concrete frame structure. The theoretical part deals with the inspection of reinforced concrete structures, destructive and non-destructive diagnostic methods for the diagnosis of reinforced concrete structures, and the Czechoslovak architect Jaroslav Josef Polívka. The practical part conducts a structural-technical survey, focusing on the diagnosis of the reinforcement of selected structural elements and the determination of properties of the concrete. The reinforcement was determined using electromagnetic indicator Proceq Profometer 630 and the ground penetrating radar Hilti PS 1000 and verified by chiseled probes. The concrete strength class in the structure was estimated from core drills. In the conclusion, the condition of the structure is evaluated, and measures are proposed.

Bakalářská práce se zabývá stavebně technickým průzkumem konstrukce předpjatého mostu ev. č. 57-068. Most se nachází v jižní části města Vsetín a byl postaven v roce 1991. Práce je zaměřena na vizuální prohlídku s fotodokumentací, lokalizaci předpínací výztuže prefabrikovaných nosníků typu DS-T a zjištění jejího stavu a na odběr jádrových vývrtů pro zjištění pevnosti betonu v tlaku. V teoretické části je popsán princip statického působení předpjatého betonu, základní rozdělení stavebně technického průzkumu konstrukcí a diagnostických metod. Dále jsou uvedeny konkrétní diagnostické metody pro stanovení polohy a stavu předpínací výztuže. V praktické části se práce věnuje fotodokumentaci mostu, zjišťování polohy výztuže nosníků pomocí georadaru, sekaných sond k výztuži a odběru jádrových vývrtů. Výstupem je určení polohy předpínací výztuže a jejího stavu z hlediska míry koroze a zainjektování, fotodokumentace mostu a odběr vzorků jádrových vývrtů pro určení pevnosti betonu v tlaku., The thesis focuses on a visual excursion with photo documentation, the localisation of prestressing reinforcement of prefabricated beams type DS-T and the analysis of their state as well as the offtake of core drilling in order to establish their strength under pressure. In the theoretical part I describe the principles of the static effect of prestressed concrete and the basic sorting of technical survey and diagnostic methods. Furthermore I explain specific diagnostic methods for the determination of the location and state of prestressing reinforcement. The practical part focuses on photodocumentation of a bridge, the determination of the location of the beams reinforcement using georadar, (chopped probes to reinforcement and removal of core drilling samples. The conclusion provides the location of prestressing reinforcement and the level of its corrosion and grouting, the photo documentation of the bridge and a collection of samples from core drilling in order to determine the strength under pressure of the concrete.
