This paper first constructs a basic framework for digital governance of platform-type organizations and explores the application of digital governance of platform-type organizations and the social governance process from the three dimensions of the logic of efficiency, the logic of legitimacy, and the logic of social relations. Then, the driving elements of digital governance of platform-based organizations are studied using the fsQCA method and QCA analysis, and the influence of social synergy and people’s participation on the effectiveness of digital governance of platform-based organizations is analyzed. The results show that attention allocation, social governance resources, digital governance capacity, social digital environment, cultural openness, peer competition pressure, and innovation environment need to reach at least 94.5%, 79.53%, 75.4%, 81.5%, 77.5%, 78.35%, and 78.33% of the social governance quality bottleneck level, respectively. This research paper explores the drivers and influencers of platform governance performance, which helps to identify the patterns of platform operations.

Two-dimensional (2D) semiconductors have attracted great attention to extend Moore’s law, which motivates the quest for fast growth of high-quality materials. However, taking MoS2 as an example, current methods yield 2D MoS2 with a low growth rate and poor quality with vacancy concentrations three to five orders of magnitude higher than silicon and other commercial semiconductors. Here, we develop a strategy of using an intermediate product of iodine as a transport agent to carry metal precursors efficiently for ultrafast growth of high-quality MoS2. The grown MoS2 has the lowest density of sulfur vacancies (~1.41×1012 cm−2) reported so far and excellent electrical properties with high on/off current ratios of 108 and carrier mobility of 175 cm2 V−1 s−1. Theoretical calculations show that by incorporating iodine, the nucleation barrier of MoS2 growth with sulfur-terminated edges reduces dramatically. The sufficient supply of precursor and low nucleation energy together boost the ultrafast growth of sub-millimeter MoS2 domains within seconds. This work provides an effective method for the ultrafast growth of 2D semiconductors with high quality, which will promote their applications.

Multivariate time series anomaly detection (MTSAD) can effectively identify and analyze anomalous behavior in complex systems, which is particularly important in fields such as financial monitoring, industrial equipment fault detection, and cybersecurity. MTSAD requires simultaneously analyze temporal dependencies and inter-variable relationships have prompted researchers to develop specialized deep learning models to detect anomalous patterns. In this paper, we conducted a structured and comprehensive overview of the latest techniques in deep learning for multivariate time series anomaly detection methods. Firstly, we proposed a taxonomy for the anomaly detection strategies from the perspectives of learning paradigms and deep learning models, and then provide a systematic review that emphasizes their advantages and drawbacks. We also organized the public datasets for time series anomaly detection along with their respective application domains. Finally, open issues for future research on MTSAD were identified. Nanostructures composed of liposomes and polydopamine (PDA) have demonstrated efficacy as carriers for delivering plasmids, effectively alleviating renal cell carcinoma. However, their role in acute kidney injury (AKI) remains unclear. This study aimed to investigate the effects of the plasmid-encoded lncRNA-OIP5-AS1@PDA nanoparticles (POP-NPs) on renal ischemia/reperfusion (RI/R) injury and explore the underlying mechanisms. RI/R or OGD/R models were established in mice and HK-2 cells, respectively. In vivo, vector or POP-NPs were administered (10 nmol, IV) 48 h after RI/R treatment. In the RI/R mouse model, the OIP5-AS1 and Nrf2/HO-1 expressions were down-regulated, while miR-410-3p expression was upregulated. POP-NPs treatment effectively reversed RI/R-induced renal tissue injury, restoring altered levels of blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, malondialdehyde, inflammatory factors (IL-8, IL-6, TNF-α), ROS, apoptosis, miR-410-3p, as well as the suppressed expression of SOD and Nrf2/HO-1 in the model mice. Similar results were obtained in cell models treated with POP-NPs. Additionally, miR-410-3p mimics could reverse the effects of POP-NPs on cellular models, partially counteracted by Nrf2 agonists. The binding relationship between OIP5-AS1 and miR-410-3p, alongside miR-410-3p and Nrf2, has been substantiated by dual-luciferase reporter and RNA pull-down assays. The study revealed that POP-NPs can attenuate RI/R-induced injury through miR-410-3p/Nrf2 axis. These findings lay the groundwork for future targeted therapeutic approaches utilizing nanoparticles for RI/R-induced AKI. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This article reveals an informal eldercare arrangement in China by focusing on how the value of housing owned by aging parents affects adult children's caregiving behavior. Using three waves of national survey data in 2011–2015, we find that when the potential housing‐bequest value increases, adult children from multi‐child households provide more emotional support for their parents, demonstrating the role of the intergenerational‐exchange mechanism in China's current eldercare arrangement. However, such an informal mechanism is weakened by the prevalent social norms of son preference and is also less effective among emerging only‐child households. Objective To detect the expression of high-mobility group protein A2 (HMGA2) in gastric cancer tissues, investigate its relationship with clinicopathological features and prognosis, and explore its role and underlying mechanism in regulating the invasion and proliferation of gastric cancer cells. Methods TCGA database, GTEx database and bioinformatics analysis tools (GEPIA, KM plotter) were used to analyze the expression of HMGA2 gene in gastric cancer and the survival time of patients. The expression of HMGA2 protein in gastric cancer and adjacent tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the correlation between HMGA2 expression and the clinicopathological parameters and its effect on prognosis of gastric cancer patients were analyzed. After HMGA2 was knocked down in gastric cancer cell line MGC-803, and overexpressed in gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901, plate cloning and transwell assay were used to detect the proliferation and invasion ability, respectively. The invasion ability was detected again in the HMGA2 overexpressed SGC-7901 cells after knockdown of Snail1. Western blotting was employed to measure the expression changes of HMGA2 and epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT) markers in the cells. Results The bioinformatics analysis showed that the mRNA expression of HMGA2 was significantly increased in gastric cancer tissues compared with normal gastric tissues (P < 0.05). Immunohistochemistry also indicated that the protein level of HMGA2 was obviously higher in gastric cancer tissues than para-cancer tissues, and it was associated with TNM staging, lymph node metastasis and survival rate. The gastric cancer patients with high HMGA2 expression had statistically shorter total survival and relapse-free survival (P < 0.05). Knockdown of HMGA2 resulted in decreased proliferation and invasion ability in MGC-803 cells decreased (P < 0.05), while its overexpression led to enhanced proliferation and invasion ability in SGC-7901 cells (P < 0.05). However, knocking down Snail1 would cause the invasion of HMGA2-overexpressed SGC-7901 cells reduced (P < 0.05), and the expression level of E-cadherin up-regulated and those of N-cadherin and Vimentin down-regulated. Conclusion High HMGA2 expression is associated with poor prognosis of gastric cancer patients, and it may promote invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer cells by regulating Snail1.

The robotic surgical system has been widely used in surgeries in various fields for its advantages over human eyes and hands with a magnified, stereoscopic view, flexible manipulation and ability to filter tiny tremors. The application of the robotic surgical system in vascular surgery is still in its infancy, and many issues concerning the operation techniques and safety need to be explored, especially in terms of the indications, key techniques, standardized procedures and management of intra- and post-operative complications. Of greater importance are the promotion of clinical studies that compare robotic surgical system versus open or laparoscopic surgery in vascular surgery and the collection and analysis of the long-term follow-up data. The evidence obtained from these studies will facilitate the wide application of robotic surgical system in vascular surgery. In addition, the defects in the current robotic surgical system need be improved, such as the lack of tactile feedback, the large size of the mechanical arm, and the interference between the arms. The era of robotic surgery has come, which urges greater efforts in both technical development and clinical studies of the robotic surgical system.

Objective To investigate the indications, therapeutic effects and safety of thoracic endovascular aortic repair for treatment of thoracic penetrating aortic ulcer. Methods We retrospectively analyzed clinical data of the patients diagnosed with penetrating thoracic aortic ulcer, who underwent thoracic endovascular aortic repair in our department between October, 2018 and May, 2019. The patients' age, lesion location and type, comorbidities, surgical methods, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, length of hospital stay, perioperative complications and follow-up data were analyzed. Results We analyzed the clinical data for 7 patients with a mean age of 70.29±7.54 years, including 3 patients with penetrating ulcers in the aortic arch and 4 with ulcers in the descending thoracic aorta. The mean depth of the penetrating aortic ulcers was 6.00±2.02 mm with a mean width of 12.07±5.26 mm and a mean length of 14.71±9.05 mm. The opration were completed smoothly in all the patients with a mean operation time of 90.00±32.53 min. A chimney stent was placed in the left subclavian artery in 3 cases. The patients were followed up for 1 to 7 months, during which the penetrating thoracic aortic ulcers were found to be effectively repaired in all the cases; endoleaks of any types or other complications occurred in none of the cases during the follow-up. Conclusion Thoracic endovascular aortic repair is safe and effective for treatment of penetrating thoracic aortic ulcer, and can be safely performed in elderly patients and patients with comorbidities.
