Recent research in zero-shot speech synthesis has made significant progress in speaker similarity. However, current efforts focus on timbre generalization rather than prosody modeling, which results in limited naturalness and expressiveness. To address this, we introduce a novel speech synthesis model trained on large-scale datasets, including both timbre and hierarchical prosody modeling. As timbre is a global attribute closely linked to expressiveness, we adopt a global vector to model speaker timbre while guiding prosody modeling. Besides, given that prosody contains both global consistency and local variations, we introduce a diffusion model as the pitch predictor and employ a prosody adaptor to model prosody hierarchically, further enhancing the prosody quality of the synthesized speech. Games are widely used as research environments for multi-agent reinforcement learning (MARL), but they pose three significant challenges: limited customization, high computational demands, and oversimplification. To address these issues, we introduce the first publicly available map editor for the popular mobile game Honor of Kings and design a lightweight environment, Mini Honor of Kings (Mini HoK), for researchers to conduct experiments. Mini HoK is highly efficient, allowing experiments to be run on personal PCs or laptops while still presenting sufficient challenges for existing MARL algorithms. We have tested our environment on common MARL algorithms and demonstrated that these algorithms have yet to find optimal solutions within this environment. This facilitates the dissemination and advancement of MARL methods within the research community. Additionally, we hope that more researchers will leverage the Honor of Kings map editor to develop innovative and scientifically valuable new maps. In this work, we theoretically report a new large family of two-dimensional (2D) transition metal sulfides $M$$_{2}$S with MXene structure in 2H and 1T phases, which we name as MSene. Twenty-four out of fifty-eight MSenes are proved to be stable. Notably, this family includes twelve superconducting (SC) materials, seven SC topological metals (SCTMs), four charge density wave (CDW) materials, and five magnetic materials including one ferromagnetic (FM) and four antiferromagnetic (AFM) materials. For example, 2H-Mo$_{2}$S is a SCTM which exhibits SC critical temperature ($T_{c}$) of 10.2 K and nontrivial topological properties; 1T-Hf$_{2}$S is a CDW material with the CDW originating from electron-phonon coupling. The CDW can be suppressed by compressive strain, leading to the emergence of superconductivity; 2H-Cr$_{2}$S and 1T-Mn$_{2}$S show FM and AFM properties, respectively. Thus, the new large family we predicted shows rich physical properties and significantly expands the repertoire of 2D materials. Two-dimensional (2D) intrinsic superconductors with nontrivial topological band and vertical ferroelectricity exhibit fascinating characteristics to achieving electrostatic control of quantum phases. While, only a few such 2D materials have been theoretically predicted. In this work, based on first principles calculations, we explore the superconductivity and ferroelectric properties in fluorinated 2D Nb2N. In the stable Nb2NF2, H3-Nb2NF2 breaks the spatial inversion symmetry, exhibiting vertical ferroelectric. More interestingly, it not only possesses intrinsic superconductivity with superconducting transition temperatures (Tc) of 10 K, but also exhibits nontrivial band topology. While, H1-Nb2NF2 shows topological band and superconductivity with Tc of 32 K, surpassing most of 2D conventional topological superconductors' candidates. Our research has enriched 2D superconducting materials with nontrivial band topology and ferroelectric properties, and provided a theoretical basis for the preparation of devices switching between superconducting and ferroelectric states with external electric field.

Thin films of the pyrochlore iridates along the [111] direction have drawn significant attention to investigate exotic correlated topological phenomena. Here, we report the fabrication of Eu$_2$Ir$_2$O$_7$ thin films via reactive solid phase epitaxy using the pulsed laser deposition technique. We mainly focus on the transport properties of the films below the magnetic phase transition at 105 K. Analyses on the temperature and the field dependences of resistivity unveil the presence of weak antilocalization, a characteristic signature of the Weyl semimetallic state that has been "buried" by magnetism. Moreover, it is noteworthy that the contribution from many-body interactions in Eu2Ir2O7 thin films is enhanced at lower temperatures and competes with the weak antilocalization effect, and eventually drives the crossover to weak localization at 2 K.

The deposition and intercalation of metal atoms can induce superconductivity in monolayer and bilayer graphenes. For example, it has been experimentally proved that Li-deposited graphene is a superconductor with critical temperature $T_{c}$ of 5.9 K, Ca-intercalated bilayer graphene C$_{6}$CaC$_{6}$ and K-intercalated epitaxial bilayer graphene C$_{8}$KC$_{8}$ are superconductors with $T_{c}$ of 2-4 K and 3.6 K, respectively. However, the $T_{c}$ of them are relatively low. To obtain higher $T_{c}$ in graphene-based superconductors, here we predict a new Ca-intercalated bilayer graphene C$_{2}$CaC$_{2}$, which shows higher Ca concentration than the C$_{6}$CaC$_{6}$. It is proved to be thermodynamically and dynamically stable. The electronic structure, electron-phonon coupling (EPC) and superconductivity of C$_{2}$CaC$_{2}$ are investigated based on first-principles calculations. The EPC of C$_{2}$CaC$_{2}$ mainly comes from the coupling between the electrons of C-$p_{z}$ orbital and the high- and low-frequency vibration modes of C atoms. The calculated EPC constant $\lambda$ of C$_{2}$CaC$_{2}$ is 0.75, and the superconducting $T_{c}$ is 18.9 K, which is much higher than other metal-intercalated bilayer graphenes. By further applying -4\% biaxial compressive strain to C$_{2}$CaC$_{2}$, the $T_{c}$ can be boosted to 26.6 K. Thus, the predicted C$_{2}$CaC$_{2}$ provides a new platform for realizing superconductivity with the highest $T_{c}$ in bilayer graphenes., Comment: 29 pages,11 figures

The interplay among symmetry of lattices, electronic correlations, and Berry phase of the Bloch states in solids has led to fascinating quantum phases of matter. A prototypical system is the magnetic Weyl candidate SrRuO3, where designing and creating electronic and topological properties on artificial lattice geometry is highly demanded yet remains elusive. Here, we establish an emergent trigonal structure of SrRuO3 by means of heteroepitaxial strain engineering along the [111] crystallographic axis. Distinctive from bulk, the trigonal SrRuO3 exhibits a peculiar XY-type ferromagnetic ground state, with the coexistence of high-mobility holes likely from linear Weyl bands and low-mobility electrons from normal quadratic bands as carriers. The presence of Weyl nodes are further corroborated by capturing intrinsic anomalous Hall effect, acting as momentum-space sources of Berry curvatures. The experimental observations are consistent with our first-principles calculations, shedding light on the detailed band topology of trigonal SrRuO3 with multiple pairs of Weyl nodes near the Fermi level. Our findings signify the essence of magnetism and Berry phase manipulation via lattice design and pave the way towards unveiling nontrivial correlated topological phenomena.

Two-dimensional (2D) magnetic transition metal compounds with atomic thickness exhibit intriguing physics in fundamental research and great potential for device applications. Understanding the correlations between their macrosopic magnetic properties and the dimensionality of microscopic magnetic exchange interactions are valuable for the designing and applications of 2D magnetic crystals. Here, using spin-polarized scanning tunneling microscopy, magnetization and magneto-transport measurements, we identify the zigzag-antiferromagnetism in monolayer CrTe2, incipient ferromagnetism in bilayer CrTe2, and robust ferromagnetism in bilayer Cr3Te4 films. Our density functional theory calculations unravel that the magnetic ordering in ultrathin CrTe2 is sensitive to the lattice parameters, while robust ferromagnetism with large perpendicular magnetic anisotropy in Cr3Te4 is stabilized through its anisotropic 3D magnetic exchange interactions.
