Objective·To translate St Andrew′s Nutrition Screening Instrument (SANSI), and test its reliability and validity.Methods·With the consent of the authors, the SANSI was translated into Chinese in accordance with the "Brislin translation-back translation method" and the Chinese version underwent cross-cultural debugging. Five clinical medical staff were selected to a pre-survey on 10 patients, and the expression and structure of the scale items were fine-tuned according to the feedback. A total of 221 inpatients with mental disorders were selected by convenient sampling method in Shanghai Mental Health Center, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine as research objects from January to February 2022, and the general clinical data of these patients were collected. The correlation between the items in Part Ⅲ and the identified risks in that part was evaluated by Spearman correlation analysis, and some items were deleted according to the results. Eight experts in mental disorders or nutrition were selected to evaluate the items of Chinese version of SANSI, and then the content validation indexes (CVIs) were calculated. With the standard of Nutritional Risk Screening 2002 (NRS2002), Spearman correlation analysis was used to evaluate the calibration validity of Chinese version of SANSI. Cronbach′s α coefficient, split half reliability and inter-rater reliability (κ consistency coefficient) were used to evaluate the reliability of the Part Ⅲ of the scale.Results·Through literal translation, back translation, cross-cultural debugging and pre-investigation, Chinese version of SANSI was formed. Among the 221 patients with mental disorders, 174 (78.73%) were males, the mean age was (64.12±13.87) years, and the duration of diseases was (26.06±17.65) years. There were 128 cases of schizophrenia (57.92%), 75 cases of organic mental disorders (33.94%), 10 cases of mood disorders (4.52%) and 8 cases of other mental disorders (3.62%). According to the results of correlation analysis in Part Ⅲ, the original items 1, 3, and 10 were deleted. The correlation coefficients between the remaining 7 items and the risk degree in this part were 0.391－0.734 (all P0.05).Conclusion·Chinese version of SANSI has good reliability and validity for hospitalized patients with mental disorders.

17α-ethynylestradiol (EE2) is a priority emerging contaminant (EC) in diverse environments that can be cometabolized by ammonia oxidizing bacteria (AOB). However, its transformation kinetics and the underlying molecular mechanism are unclear. In this study, kinetic parameters, including maximum specific EE2 transformation rate, EE2 half-saturation coefficient, and EE2transformation capacity of AOBwere obtained by using the model AOB strain, Nitrosomonas europaea 19718. The relationship between EE2 cometabolism and ammonia oxidation was divided into three phases according to reducing power availability, namely "activation", "coupling", and "saturation". Specifically, there was a universal lag of EE2 transformation after ammonia oxidation was initiated, suggesting that sufficient reducing power (approximately 0.95 ± 0.06 mol NADH/L) was required to activate EE2 cometabolism. Interestingly, nitric oxide emission increased by 12 ± 2% during EE2 cometabolism, along with significantly upregulated nirK cluster genes. The findings are of importance to understanding the cometabolic behavior and mechanism of EE2 in natural and engineered environments. Maintaining relatively high and stable reducing power supply from ammonia oxidation can potentially improve the cometabolic removal of EE2 and other ECs during wastewater nitrification processes.

Highlights As is known, to establish covalent or non‐covalent interaction between filler and matrix, which helps to reduce the interface thermal resistance (ITR) as well as construct good thermal conduction channels, is a good strategy for dealing with the risk of thermal runaway in the extreme service environment of electronic equipment. In this paper, carboxylated nanocellulose fiber (c‐CNF) was used as matrix, and a hybrid filler (M‐CoNPs@GNP) was fabricated by coating cobalt‐nanoparticles (CoNPs) and grafting maleimide on graphene nanosheets (GNPs). M‐CoNPs@GNP/c‐CNF thermally conductive composite (TCC) films were successfully fabricated by combining with c‐CNF. As zero‐dimensional particles, CoNPs can effectively prevent GNPs agglomeration due to surface effects, and “‐NH” in maleimide dehydrates with “‐COOH” in c‐CNF to form “C‐N‐C” covalent bonds, with strong hydrogen bond formed between filler and matrix, which remarkably enhances the interface compatibility between matrix and filler. The ITR has been reduced to form a well‐defined three‐dimensional thermal conduction path, achieving an ultra‐high in‐plane TC (35.9 W·m−1·K−1) for MCGC40, which is 7.9 times that of pure c‐CNF film, in addition to a sufficiently high tensile strength of 123.3 MPa. The combination of high in‐plane TC, excellent mechanical flexibility and good electrical insulation jointly justifies the potential application of M‐CoNPs@GNP/c‐CNF TCC films in effective thermal management of flexible electronic products. CoNPs effectively inhibit GNPs agglomeration. GNPs exhibit hydrophilicity after modification. Modified fillers interact fairly well with the matrix. High tensile strength and exceptional flexibility are achieved. TCC films exhibit both electrical insulation and hydrophobicity. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Phase‐change materials (PCMs) have become a hot spot in the development of modern thermal management materials because of their absorbing and releasing heat while keeping the temperature constant during phase change process. However, their relatively low thermal conductivity (TC) considerably restricts their further application. In this work, graphene nanosheets (GNS) were initially nickel‐plated to increase the contact area between adjacent GNS (in the form of Ni@GNS) by constructing a "point‐surface" structure. Then, the prepared Ni@GNS was coated with polydopamine (PDA) to prepare PDA‐Ni@GNS, which helped to effectively reduce the interface thermal resistance (ITR) between the filler and the matrix, and also made the prepared filler more easily dispersed in the polymer matrix. By constructing well‐defined three‐dimensional (3D) thermally conductive pathways in the matrix, the PCMs exhibited excellent TC and effectively prevented the leakage of polyethylene glycol (PEG) even at low filler loading. The results of thermogravimetry (TG), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), and cyclic DSC tests jointly showed that the PDA‐Ni@GNS/CNF‐C/SA/PEG PCMs displayed excellent thermal storage properties, high latent heat as well as good cyclic thermal stability.
