Penelitian ini mengusulkan rancangan suatu antena yang bekerja pada frekuensi 3.5 GHz yang digunakan untuk sistem komunikasi generasi kelima. Antena dirancang dengan substrat Duroid RO5880 yang memiliki spesifikasi konstanta dielektrik = 2.2, ketebalan substrat = 1.58 mm, dan loss tangent senilai 0,0009. Substrat duroid RO5880 dipilih karena memiliki nilai konstanta dielektrik yang kecil, sehingga losses antena dapat dikurangi. Antena yang dirancang memiliki gain yang tinggi dan pola radiasi yang terarah dengan metode inset feed dan metode array. Antena yang telah ditambahkan dengan metode inset feed dan metode array memiliki luas substrat sebesar 16.2 cm2, return loss -38.96 dB, VSWR 1.18, dan gain 13.03 dB pada frekuensi 3.5 GHz. Setelah menggunakan metode inset feed, nilai return loss berhasil tereduksi hingga 95.48%, mengalami kenaikan bandwidth hingga 4.06% dan dengan menggunakan metode array nilai gain mengalami peningkatan hingga 95.93% dibandingkan dengan antena elemen tunggal. Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan rekomendasi untuk disain antena penerima pada sistem komunikasi 5G.

This study aims to determine the validity and reliability of the development of learning tools using the STAD model assisted by flipbooks. This study uses the Borg & Gall development model with the following stages: potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, and design revision. The validation of the learning device was measured using a validation sheet. The data obtained were analyzed using the Aiken's V formula with a minimum value of 0.78 for 6 validators. The results of the validation of learning devices were declared valid with the average acquisition of Aiken's V calculations in the lesson plan of 0.91, flipbook media of 0.88, LKPD of 0.88, and evaluation questions of 0.90. The reliability of the learning device was tested using the ICC (Interclass Correlation Coeficient) test with SPSS Version 25 software, the results obtained from the reliability of the lesson plan of 0.778 included in the good category, while the reliability value for flipbook media obtained results of 0.537, LKPD of 0.565, and evaluation questions of 0.626 is included in the medium category. It is hoped that this learning device can be tested by the next researcher.

Adapun artikel ini memiliki empat tujuan, yaitu: (1) mendeskripsikan cara budidaya dan pemanfaatan maggot BSF sebagai pakan mandiri; (2) mendeskripsikan cara mengoptimalkan potensi bandeng sebagai produk lokal; (3) mendeskripsikan pengaruh program terhadap pendapatan masyarakat; dan (4) mendeskripsikan cara membentuk dan mengembangkan kualitas lembaga lokal untuk mendukung S-SMV. Metode pelaksanaan PPK Ormawa ini terdiri dari tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, monitoring dan evaluasi, lokakarya dan audiensi, serta keberlanjutan program. Sosialisasi dan pelatihan budidaya maggot BSF dilaksanakan bersama Dra. Winarsih, M.Kes. (pakar ekologi) serta dilanjutkan dengan praktik pembuatan kandang maggot, penetasan telur, dan perawatan. Selanjutnya, Sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan mengenai cara mengolah dan memasarkan produk olahan bandeng dilaksanakan bersama Saudari Inaya (praktisi tata boga). Program memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pendapatan masyarakat, di mana masyarakat sasaran yang semula tidak bekerja menjadi memiliki pendapatan atau dapat dikatakan kenaikan pendapatannya sebesar 100%. Untuk menjaga konsistensi pelaksanaan program, dibentuk lembaga perikanan yang terdiri dari pemuda desa. Kata Kunci: Pesisir, Maggot, Perikanan, Pakan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kelayakan pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran (RPP, PPT dan LKPD) berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL), kemampuan berpikir kritis dan respon peserta didik terhadap PPT dan LKPD pada materi virus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah RD dengan tahapan potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, ujicoba produk, dan revisi produk. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi RPP, PPT dan LKPD berbasis PBL dan angket respon peserta didik. Perangkat pembelajaran berbasis PBL yang divalidasi oleh 2 orang dosen Pendidikan Biologi FKIP Untan dan 3 orang guru Biologi SMAN 1 Sanggau Ledo dengan subjek penelitian yaitu 6 orang peserta didik. Hasil validasi perangkat pembelajaran dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis Lawshe adalah 1.00 dan melebihi batas nilai minimum yaitu 0.99 sehingga dinyatakan valid dan layak digunakan. Hasil tes evaluasi 1, tes 2 dan tes 3 diperoleh rata-rata 86%, 91.7% dan 91.8%. Dapat disimpulkan perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Hasil respon peserta didik terhadap PPT dan LKPD pada ujicoba tahap awal diperoleh rata-rata 84.76% dan 87% dengan kategori positif dan sangat positif. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik meningkat setelah diterapkan perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan.

This study aims to determine student learning difficulties, percentages, and the factors that cause learning difficulties experienced by class X students of SMA Negeri 6 Pontianak in studying the scope of biology. This research method uses a case study, with the research subjects being students of class X MIPA 3. In collecting data, three instruments were used, namely diagnostic tests, questionnaires, and interviews. The results showed that the percentage of students' learning difficulties in class X SMA Negeri 6 Pontianak in studying the scope of biology was 66.42% with high criteria. For the causal factors that affect student learning difficulties, it can be seen from the percentage of internal factors of 66.13% and external factors of 69.16% in the high category. Thus, class X SMA Negeri 6 Pontianak experienced learning difficulties caused by internal and external factors.

The analysis results of the needs teachers and students at Pontianak Mujahidin High School, the results obtained were that the fungi is the material with lowest average compare to other materials, students prefer learning media that combines text, images and video as well as students use android smartphones so it is necessary to do research on the feasibility of android-based interactive multimedia on fungi material. This study aims to produce android-based interactive multimedia, test the feasibility of interactive multimedia and see student responses to android-based interactive multimedia on functions material. The research method used is R&D (Research & Development) with the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Response trials were carried out on 12 students of Pontianak Mujahidin High School. The validation calculation in this study uses the Aiken V formula with 6 validators and 4 rating ratings. The results of the assessment of media and material experts obtained a value of Vcount>Vtable (0.87>0.78) so that learning media can be said to be valid and feasible to use. The results of the response trial in this study were 83.74% with a very strong category, so Android-based interactive multimedia on class X high school functions is very suitable for use in the learning process at school.

Bakpao jagung merupakan salah satu snack yang banyak disukai masyarakat karena teksturnya yang empuk. Jagung memiliki kandungan gizi seperti karbohidrat, serat, vitamin, kalium, asam linoleat, beta karoten, mineral, dan protein. Rambut jagung memiliki senyawa bioaktif yang dapat bertindak sebagai antioksidan bagi tubuh. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menghasilkan produk inovasi berupa bakpao dengan substitusi jagung yang berfungsi sebagai pangan fungsional. Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 formula dengan substitusi ukuran tepung terigu dan jagung yang berbeda untuk mendapatkan formula yang tepat dan paling disukai oleh konsumen. Hasil terbaik berdasarkan uji organoleptik terdapat pada formula 1 dengan berat 200 gram tepung terigu dan 50 gram jagung. &nbsp, Corn bakpao is a snack that is loved by the public because of its soft texture. Corn contains nutrient content like carbohydrates, fiber, vitamin, potassium, linoleic acid, beta carotene, mineral, and protein. Corn silk contains bioactive compounds which can act as antioxidants for the body and to decrease cholesterol levels. The purpose of this research is to get innovative products in the form of bakpao which are substituted with corn as a functional food. This research uses 2 formulas with different quantities substitutes of flour and corn for getting the right formula and being the most liked by consumers. The best result based on the organoleptic test was on formula 1 with 200 gram flour and 50 gram corn.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengelolaan alokasi dana desa (ADD) terhadap pencapaian good governance di Desa Paluh Kurau, Kecamatan Hamparan Perak, Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan data primer menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data angket. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kepala rumah tangga, dengan jumlah 1.493 kepala keluarga dari masyarakat Desa Paluh Kurau. Prosedur pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan rumus Slovin yang diperoleh dari 94 sampel dari populasi kepala rumah tangga. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah case processing summary, uji kelayakan model, menilai keseluruhan model, analisis regresi logistik, uji koefisien determinasi, pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pengelolaan alokasi dana desa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas, pengelolaan alokasi dana desa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap transparansi, dan pengelolaan alokasi dana desa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap partisipasi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan media video berbasis Problem Based Learning pada materi sistem pernapasan sebagai media pembelajaran di kelas VIII SMP dan mengetahui respon yang diberikan siswa terhadap media video berbasis Problem Based Learning. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Developmant (RD) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahapan meliputi analyze, design, develop, implement dan evaluate. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar validasi media video berbasis Problem Based Learning, lembar validasi angket respon siswa yang divalidasi oleh 5 orang validator, dan angket respon siswa. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Mandor. Hasil validasi yang dianalisis dengan rumus Aiken’s pada media video berbasis Problem Based Learning untuk aspek materi, media, dan kemanfaatan memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 0,94 sehingga dinyatakan valid. Uji coba skala kecil diperoleh nilai rata-rata seluruh respon siswa (kognitif, afektif, dan konatif) sebesar 87,31% yang dinyatakan sangat kuat. Dari hasil yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa video berbasis Problem Based Learning pada materi sistem pernapasan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.

This study aims to analyze students' misconceptions on the material of life organization systems and to determine the factors that cause misconceptions in students at SMP Negeri 10 Pontianak. The research subjects were 30 students of class VIII H. The method used was case study method. Data collection techniques used diagnostic tests with CRI and non-tests in the form of questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that there were students' misconceptions on the material of life organization systems. The percentage of students' misconceptions that fall into the high category is the sub-material on the organism (73.33%). In the medium category, there are sub material organizations of life (56.67%), cells (60.83%), and organs (65.83%). In the low category, there are sub-material tissues (36.67%) and organ systems (27.5%). There are 5 factors that cause misconceptions, namely associative thinking (64.2%), incomplete reasoning (66.1%), wrong intuition (62.1%), student ability (57.1%), and student interest (54.3%).

This research is based on the need for the importance of a learning media that can introduce local wisdom dan national culture. The research method uses the ADDIE model with 5 stages; Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. In the needs analysis stage, the fact is that there are still not many learning media that contain local wisdom (ethnoscience). The results of the analysis are then continued with the stage of designing an ethnoscience learning media that is in accordance with the characteristics of fourth grade students in elementary schools dan madrasah ibtidaiyah. Poster media was chosen as the media to be developed in this research. This media is then designed in such a way as to combine the concept of science learning with the value of local wisdom in the province of Lampung. The data collection technique used a material expert questionnaire, media expert, linguist, educator response questionnaire dan student response questionnaire. The poster media design was then validated by 6 experts. Based on the final validation results, the percentage of assessment was 89.3% from media experts, 93.3% from material experts dan 91% from linguists with "very feasible" criteria based on the interpretation criteria of the validation results. The next stage is then testing the learning media products on users. The trial was conducted on 35 students in two schools, namely elementary school dan madrasah ibtidaiyah. Based on the results of the questionnaire, the percentage of satisfaction was 91%. The results of the questionnaire were combined with observations dan interviews which described the same results. Based on the results of the assessment, it can be concluded that the poster learning media is very feasible to be used as a science learning medium in SD dan MI. The results of this study are expected to be used as a reference for teachers in developing poster learning media containing ethnoscience.

This research aims to determine the feasibility of a video powtoon learning media application based on guided inquiry submater application of the concept of substance pressure in organism as a learning media for students and to find responses by students to the powtoon video media. This research is Research and Development (R&D) research with the Borg and Gall development model which consists of ten stages, this research has only reached the seventh stage which includes potentials and problems, data collection, product design, product validation, design revisions, product trials, and product revisions. The instruments used were the media validation sheet and the student response questionnaire validation sheet which was validated by 5 validators and the student response questionnaire. The subjects were students of class XI SMP Negeri 3 Pontianak. The validation results obtained CVR and CVI values, namely 1 which has met the minimum limit of 0.99 so that it is declared valid. The product trial obtained an overall average score for aspects (cognition, affection, conation) which was 83,57% so it is categorized as very strong. It can be concluded that the powtoon video media based on guided inquiry sub material is suitable for use as a learning medium.

Padi merah Sigah merupakan varietas lokal yang memiliki postur tanaman tinggi dan umur yang lama. Untuk itu dilakukan pemuliaan mutasi dengan sinar gama, bertujuan mengubah karakter tinggi tanaman dan umur panen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan interaksi antara mutan beras merah Sigah dengan sistem tanam terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil beras merah Sigah, untuk mendapatkan mutan beras merah Sigah yang memiliki pertumbuhan dan produksi terbaik, untuk mendapatkan sistem tanam yang menghasilkan pertumbuhan dan hasil mutan beras merah Sigah terbaik. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2021 – Januari 2022 di Kecamatan Ampek Angkek, Kabupaten Agam, Sumatera Barat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 2 faktor dan setiap perlakuan memiliki 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama yaitu sistem tanam yang terdiri dari sistem jajar legowo 4:1 dan konvensional. Faktor kedua yaitu galur beras merah Sigah yang terdiri dari galur non mutan, M2-209, M5-58 dan M1-19. Data dianalisis dengan sidik ragam melalui uji F pada taraf 5%, jika F hitung perlakuan berbeda nyata maka akan dilakukan dengan uji lanjut DNMRT pada taraf 5%. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat interaksi antara sistem sistem tanam dengan galur padi merah. Galur mutan yang memiliki pertumbuhan dan produksi yang lebih baik yaitu galur M13-19 berdasarkan karakter agronomis seperti tinggi tanaman, umur panen, umur berbunga, jumlah anakan total, jumlah anakan produktif, jumlah gabah bernas per malai, berat 1000 butir gabah bernas, hasil gabah per petak. Sistem tanam jajar legowo 4:1 lebih baik dibandingkan dengan sistem tanam konvensional karena mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan hasil pada semua galur padi merah varietas Sigah.

The purpose of this study is to observe the financial condition of chemical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which is viewed from the calculation of financial ratios, such as liquidity, solvency and profitability ratios. The subjects of this research are several chemical manufacturing companies, one of which is PT. Various Gas Industries, PT. Budi Starch Sweetener, PT. Madusari Murni, PT. Indo Acitama. PT. Chandra Asri Petrochemical, PT. Barito Pacific, and PT. Intan Wijaya International. While the object of this research is financial reporting which is the subject of the research, from 2017 to 2019. The data collection technique used is documentation, in the form of annual financial reporting. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study explain that the performance of the chemical sub-sector company using financial ratios, which is seen from the current ratio, quick ratio, cash ratio, debt to asset ratio, debt to equity ratio and return on equity is in poor condition. Meanwhile, the net profit margin and gross profit margin were in good condition.

PT. Barokah Adi Sejahtera Medan is a company engaged in cargo and shipping services. In carrying out its business, the sales accounting information system and internal control must be implemented properly so that receivables can be minimized effectively. The operational activities and transactions that occur daily look diverse. In an effort to increase sales of the company, the need to control receivables that have an important role to sell in order for the sales to occur in accordance with procedures and able to generate maximum profitability for the company. The research concluded that accounting information systems have a positive and significant effect on receivables control as the results of the study based on the t test that t-count is greater than the t-table of 2.94 2.02. Internal Control has a positive and significant effect on receivable control as the results of the study based on the t-test that the t-count is greater than the t-table of 2.92 2.02. Simultaneously or jointly Accounting Information System (X1) and Internal Control (X2) affect receivable control (Y) as the calculation of simultaneous tests i.e. F-count is greater than f-table or 8,285 4.08. The magnitude of the influence of variable X1, X2 on[ variable Y based on determinant test is 55.60%

The purpose of this study was to determine whether Net Working Capital, Cash Flow and Growth Opportunity partially or simultaneously affect the Return On Asset (ROA) of the Textile and Garment Sub-Sector Companies listed on the IDX. Data collection techniques are using secondary data taken from Indonesia Stock Exchange website, Multiple Linear regression Analysis Technique, Hypothesis Test, namely T Test and F Test, Determination Coefficient Test using the SPSS Version 20 application.The results of this study reveal that the Net Working Capital variable partially does not have a significant effect on Return On Asset, the Cash Flow variable partially has no significant effect on Return On Asset, and Growth Opportunity partially has a significant effect on Return On Assets, while the Net Working Capital variable has no significant effect on Return On Asset. Simultaneously, Cash Flow and Growth Opportunity have no effect on Return On Assets.

The need of electricity energy is inevitable. However, most of the power plants in Indonesia still use fossil energy. Unfortunately this can lead to environmental pollution such as air pollution. Thus, energy conservation and efficiency are very important to do. This is evident in presidential regulation no.22 of 2017 which states that conservation is the responsibility of all levels of society. By reducing the consumption of electrical energy, it can reduce the use of electric resources and reduce pollution. This research is a preliminary research that uses IoT energy monitoring tools to be able to monitor the use of Web-based household electrical energy and Android applications. The prototype was made using the Ardunio Uno R3 AT Mega and the PZEM-004T Voltage Current Sensor which is connected to the website and Android application. After the sensor reads the current and voltage, the consumption of electrical energy can be calculated using the formula listed in Government Regulation No.28 of 2016, then the calculation results are displayed in graphical form on the website and android application. The test is carried out by directly connecting the electronic equipment to be measured to an Arduino device which is equipped with an electrical contact. Kebutuhan masyarakat akan energi listrik menjadi suatu hal yang tak terelekan. Namun, sebagian besar pembangkit listrik di Indonesia masih menggunakan energi fosil. Sayangnya hal ini dapat memicu pencemaran lingkungan seperti polusi udara. Sehingga, konservasi dan efisiensi energi sangat penting untuk dilakukan. Terbukti pada pe raturan presiden no.22 tahun 2017 yang menyebutkan bahwa konservasi merupakan tanggungjawab seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Dengan berkurangnya konsumsi energi listrik, dapat menurunkan peggunaan sumber daya listrik dan mengurangi polusi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian awal yang menggunakan alat monitoring energi IoT untuk dapat memantau penggunaan energi listrik rumah tangga berbasis Web dan aplikasi Android. Protptipe dibuat dengan menggunakan Ardunio Uno R3 AT Mega dan Sensor Arus Tegangan PZEM-004T yang di hubungkan dengan website dan aplikasi Android. Setelah sensor membaca arus dan tegangan, konsumsi energi listrik dapat dihitung menggunakan rumus yang tercantum pada Peraturan Pemerintah No.28 Tahun 2016, kemudian hasil perhitungan ditampilkan dalam bentuk grafik pada website dan aplikasi android. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik melalui model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing materi klasifikasi makhluk hidup. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dalam dua siklus, tiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitain adalah kelas VII A MTs Mathla’ul Anwar berjumlah 36 peserta didik. Hasil belajar peserta didik Siklus I nilai 81,11 ketuntasan sebesar 75% dan hasil belajar peserta didik Siklus II nilai 88,70 ketuntasan sebesar 91,67%. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi klasifikasi makhluk hidup kelas VII A MTs Mathla’ul Anwar. Since the outbreak of the Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) case in March 2020, the government issued a policy to conduct distance learning. Conditions that require learning activities to be carried out online caused the children to to use applications to carry out learning activities. One of the obstacles in implementing distance learning activities is the lack of technology mastery by parents and children. This causes children to have difficulty in learning the material provided by the school. In this activity, training was conducted to use virtual learning applications as learning media with the target of active parents and students in TPA Ziyaadatul Hasanah, Duren Sawit. With this training, it is hoped that parents and students can use virtual learning applications. So that parents can guide their sons and daughters in conducting distance learning activity and students are not left behind due to internet connection problems. From the results of the questionnaire given to participants to measure understanding of the training, participants gained increased knowledge about virtual learning applications as proofed by the increase in scores obtained from the pre-test and post-test results. In the pre-test the average score obtained by the participants was 8.3 while in the post-test the average score was 9.45 out of a scale of 10. In terms of satisfaction, the average score given by the participants was in the range of 4.1 to 4.75 and belongs to the very good range. Based on the results of discussions with participants, participants expected that there would be further activities related to their problems to be provided by the community service team.ABSTRAKSejak merebaknya kasus Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) pada bulan Maret 2020, pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan untuk melakukan pembelajaran secara jarak jauh (PJJ). Kondisi yang mengharuskan kegiatan pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring menyebabkan anak-anak harus menggunakan aplikasi untuk melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran. Salah satu kendala dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan PJJ adalah kurangnya penguasaan teknologi oleh orang tua dan anak. Hal tersebut menyebabkan anak-anak kesulitan dalam mempelajari materi yang diberikan. Pada kegiatan ini dilakukan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi virtual learning sebagai media pembelajaran dengan sasaran orang tua dan siswa yang aktif di TPA Ziyaadatul Hasanah, Duren Sawit. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini diharapkan orang tua dan siswa dapat menggunakan aplikasi virtual learning. Sehingga orang tua dapat membimbing putra putrinya dalam PJJ dan siswa tidak tertinggal materi karena masalah koneksi internet. Dari hasil kuesioner yang diberikan kepada peserta untuk mengukur pemahaman terhadap pelatihan yang diberikan, peserta mendapatkan peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai aplikasi virtual learning yang dibuktikan dengan peningkatan nilai yang didapatkan dari hasil pre-test dan post-test. Pada pre-test nilai rata-rata yang didapatkan peserta adalah 8.3 sedangkan pada post-test rata-rata nilainya adalah 9.45 dari skala 10. Sementara dari sisi kepuasan, rata-rata skor yang diberikan oleh peserta berada pada rentang 4.1 hingga 4.75 dan termasuk ke dalam rentang sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil diskusi dengan peserta, warga mengharapkan adanya kegiatan lanjutan dari pelatihan virtual learning yang dilakukan pada periode PkM ini.

The garbage collection program has been running since September 2021 with the enthusiasm of the Youth Organization of Kesamben Village. The purpose of this study was to obtain information related to the significant influence of Karang Taruna Social Solidarity. This study uses a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression method and also Pearson Correlation. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data used is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires using the Google form. The results of the analysis obtained the equation ŷ = -17.09 + 1.2240x which means that if the Youth Organization Social Solidarity variable (X) has increased by 1 unit, the y variable has increased by 1.2240. Based on r table with a confidence level of 0.05 (r table for 75 subjects with a 5% confidence level is 0.191), it is understood that r count > r table (0.882 > 0.191). So it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between social solidarity and community satisfaction. The T-test obtained a p-value

Pada penelitian ini telah dirancang dan direalisasikan RT/RW-Net sebagai sistem yang berfungsi untuk mengakses jaringan internet. Sistem dibangun dengan menggunakan Router Mikrotik sebagai sistem operasi, access point sebagai penyalur jaringan, dan antena omnidirectional yang berperan sebagai pemancar dan penerima sinyal Wi-Fi dari perangkat pelanggan. Fitur user manager pada mikrotik berperan dalam mengatur beberapa fungsi seperti limitasi bandwidth dan limitasi kuota. Kuota dan masa tenggang dapat dibuat sesuai permintaan pelanggan. Sistem RT/RW-Net ini diuji pada saat pelanggan terhubung dengan hotspot RT/RW-Net secara otomatis pada perangkat pelanggan akan muncul halaman website dengan memasukan username dan password yang telah diberi oleh administrator. Kemudian sistem diuji dengan mengukur nilai Receive Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) untuk menentukan kualitas sinyal berdasarkan standar yang berlaku. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, nilai RSSI terendah yaitu -65 dBm pada jarak 280m arah barat dengan catatan pada daerah tersebut tidak ada halangan dari antena omnidirectional ke perangkat pelanggan. Sistem ini juga dapat menginformasikan status sisa kuota dan masa aktif kepada pelanggan pada halaman awal website.

The aim of this research is to find out the effect of online learning using HotPotatoes application based crossword puzzle on students learning outcomes onthe structure and function of the human excretory system in class XI SMA SantoFransiskus Asisi. The research’s form is Pre-Experimental Design with OneGroup Pretest-Posttest research design. The sample used in this research is XIMIA class in SMA Santo Fransiskus Asisi, which amounts to 13 students.Sampling using Saturated Sampling technique. Data collection was using pre-test and post-test questions in the objective form. The results showed that meanscore of student learning outcomes before using the Hot Potatoes applicationbased crossword puzzle was 14,46 and mean score of student learning outcomeafter using Hot Potatoes application based crossword puzzle of 18,15. The aims of this research: (1), to determine development of multimedia flipbook onsystem organization life material, (2) to determine the feasibility of a multimediaflipbook, (3) to determine the student respon of a multimedia flipbook. The method isResearch and Development (R&D) with a Borg and Gall development model consistingof 10 stages. This research it which is conduct out until stage 7, that is potential andproblems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, trialproduct and product revisions. The media validator consists 5 expert validators. Thesubjects in this study were 12 students grade VII of MTs Negeri 2 Mempawah. Theresults showed that the media validity was seen from the multimedia flipbook validityvalue of 0.88 which was included in the valid category. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan konsep diri terhadap kinerja guru SMP/MTs Negeri dan Swasta di kecamatan Sanga Desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 132 orang yaitu guru PNS, guru tidak tetap, dan guru honorer di SMP/MTs negeri dan swasta di Kecamatan Sanga Desa. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 99 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah cluster sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data analisis menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi profesional guru SMP/MTs negeri dan swasta di kecamatan Sanga Desa; (2) konsep diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi profesional guru SMP/MTs negeri dan swasta di kecamatan Sanga Desa; dan (3) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan konsep diri secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi profesional guru SMP/MTs negeri dan swasta di kecamatan Sanga Desa

Information that can be in the form of text, image, audio, and video, is a valuable asset that needs to be secured from unauthorized parties. This research aims to study the implementation of Vigenere cipher 128 (VC-128) and square rotation to secure text information. The square rotation is applied to increase the security of the encryption results obtained from VC-128. The randomness of the rotation results was measured using Shannon entropy based on the distance between characters, and the Avalanche Effect measured changes in the encryption results compared to the original text. The square rotation can increase the randomness of the VC-128 encryption results, as indicated by an increase in entropy values. The highest increase in entropy of 34.8 % occurs in repetitive texts with the square size that produces optimal entropy was a 9x9 medium-size square. The Avalanche effect for each test data shows inconsistent results ranging from 44.5 % to 49 %.

Sharia compliance is an absolute requirement that must be fulfilled by financial institutions that conduct business activities based on sharia principles as a manifestation of the characteristics of Islamic financial institutions. Supervisory Board (SB) contribution oversees and is responsible for ensuring all products and procedures of Islamic banks are by sharia principles. This study aims to measure the ratio of participation, effectiveness and efficiency of the sharia supervisory board to Islamic banking in Indonesia. This study used the AHP method with three indicators; the rate of contributions measured through sharia branch office in public Islamic bank and sharia business unit, to the effectiveness ratio measured by the total productive assets variable in public Islamic and sharia businesses unit, while the efficiency ratio is measured by aggregate variables of operating expenses and labour costs for Islamic public bank and sharia businesses unit. Based on this research, here are some critical result such as the ratio of the overall contribution is useful. The effectiveness ratio shows that the Supervisory Board (SB) is ineffective or not valuable for lending activities in Islamic banks based on Islamic public bank branch offices and sharia businesses unit. And the results for efficiency ratios indicate that overall Supervisory Board (SB) is less efficient for Islamic banks when issuing operational costs on Supervisory Board (SB) contributions.

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of comics on students' learning outcomes. The research population is students of eight grades. This research is a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design. The determination of the research sample used the intact group technique. The average of students' learning outcomes in the experimental class, which is using comic is 15.29 while the control class, which is using PowerPoint is 11.90, and the value of effect size is 1.56. The learning by using comics is sufficient to increase the students' learning outcomes.

У роботі запропоновано мікросмужкову антену з L-слотом, оптимізовану за допомогою паразитних елементів. Додавання паразитних елементів спрямоване на розширення смуги пропускання запропонованої антени. Паразитні елементи додавалися з використанням двох типів підкладки FR-4, які були складені в стопку. Випромінювальний елемент розташовувався в нижньому шарі, а паразитний – у верхньому. Для отримання оптимальної пропускної здатності було запропоновано три моделі з різними формами паразитних елементів. Найкращі результати показала модель 1 з імпедансною смугою пропускання 1,3 ГГц (2,17-3,47 ГГц) або 52 %. Крім того, запропонована конструкція антени також створювала кругову поляризацію з осьовим співвідношенням ≤ 3 дБ і максимальним підсиленням 6,76 дБ. Запропонована конструкція антени може бути рекомендована і придатна для використання як приймальна антена в системі бездротового зв'язку. This study proposes a microstrip antenna with L slot that is optimized using parasitic patches. The addition of parasitic elements aims at enhancing the bandwidth of the proposed antenna. Parasitic elements were added using two types of FR-4 substrate, which were stacked. The radiating element was placed in the bottom layer, while the parasitic element was in the top. To produce optimal bandwidth, three models were proposed with different forms of parasitic elements. The best results were shown by model 1 with an impedance bandwidth of 1.3 GHz (2.17-3.47 GHz) or with impedance bandwidth of 52 %. In addition, the proposed antenna design also produced circular polarization with an axial ratio of ≤ 3 dB and a maximum gain of 6.76 dB. The proposed antenna design can be recommended and suitable for use as a receiving antenna in a wireless communication system.

Menurut UNESCO (poostchi, 1986, dalam Soetomo, 1998), tujuan dan sarana pembangunan bukan membangun benda melainkan membangun manusia, pembangunan masyarakat diartikan sebagai pengembangan kapasitas masyarakat untuk membangun. Konsekuensinya, masyarakat selalu diperlakukan, di samping sebagai objek, terutama sebagai subjek pembangunan.
