ObjectivesIn order to support the testing requirements of the international thermonuclear experimental reactor AC/DC converter system and apply to high-precision control standards for future fusion magnet power supplies, a real-time control system suitable for high-power DC test platforms was developed.MethodsChoosing the QNX real-time operating system as the core platform and combining it with reflective memory technology provided by GE company in the United States, a network architecture for real-time high-speed data exchange was built. The system was designed with multiple operation modes to cope with different testing scenarios, while implementing different levels of safety interlocking mechanisms to ensure equipment safety. This system possessed the capabilities of setting converter operating parameters, fault identification, equipment status monitoring, and millisecond-level real-time control and safety protection functions.ResultsExperimental validation has demonstrated the system’s stability and reliability in high-power environments, achieving precise control of 120 kA steady-state current and 500 kA pulse current. Furthermore, the system not only meets the basic requirements of real-time control but also ensures safe interlocking and continuous stable operation of the equipment during multi-mode operation.ConclusionsThe designed real-time control system for the high-power DC test platform achieves efficient multi-module synchronous management and fully complies with strict millisecond-level control cycle requirements.

The present study was conducted in order to investigate the effects of adding different concentrations of glutathione-enriched inactive dry yeast (g-IDY) at different stages of brewing on the quality of pear wine. Wine was prepared from Korla fragrant pears. g-IDY was added at 10, 20 and 30 mg/L before alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation or aging. After aging for two months, the contents of total and individual phenols, antioxidant activity, organic acid contents, aroma components and sensory evaluation of pear wine were analyzed. The results showed that adding g-IDY before alcoholic fermentation or aging significantly increased the content of total phenols and antioxidant capacity and decreased the color index of pear wine (P < 0.05). Besides, adding g-IDY increased the contents of malic acid, lactic acid and citric acid as well as total the content of flavor substances in pear wine. Adding g-IDY before alcohol fermentation or aging was beneficial to the formation of aromatic compounds and contributed to reducing the generation of some undesirable gas, but it led to the generation of more H2S. Together, these findings showed that pear wine prepared with the addition of 20 mg/L of g-IDY before alcoholic fermentation showed the best quality, with total phenol content of 282 mg/L, total flavor substance content of 13 453.22 mg/L and sensory evaluation score of 88.7 out of 100 points.

This article posits that such a collaborative and systemic endeavor is not merely beneficial but imperative for engendering informed dietary choices, mitigating the tide of nutrition-related diseases, and ultimately sculpting a framework for sustained public health advancement. Our findings illuminate the potential for significant public health outcomes through concerted action and suggest that the path to a healthier society is paved by the collective efforts of policymakers, educators, and community advocates working in tandem to combat the complexities of the contemporary food environment.

The blockchain provides an immutable, transparent, and decentralized method for data storage. However, as the volume of data gradually increases, the public blockchain system requires significant storage space. The bitcoin block's structure was analyzed. A method was introduced to compress the size of transactions in the bitcoin blockchain by encoding specific fields. Experiment shows that the proposed method can reduce the storage space of the bitcoin blockchain by 18.13%.

Since the last IAEA-FEC in 2021, significant progress on the development of long pulse steady state scenario and its related key physics and technologies have been achieved, including the reproducible 403 s long-pulse steady-state H-mode plasma with pure radio frequency (RF) power heating. A thousand-second time scale (∼1056 s) fully non-inductive plasma with high injected energy up to 1.73 GJ has also been achieved. The EAST operational regime of high βP has been significantly extended (H98y2 > 1.3, βP ∼ 4.0, βN ∼ 2.4 and ne/nGW ∼ 1.0) using RF and neutral beam injection (NBI).
