Esta cartilha foi desenvolvida por alunos pertencentes a turma XIV do curso de Medicina da Universidade Federal do Delta do Parnaíba, como parte de uma atividade avaliativa do módulo de Atenção Primária à Saúde I. Dessa forma, o trabalho tem como objetivo o esclarecimento de informações a respeito da UBS Iracema Feitosa de Brito Fernandes, a fim de contribuir para o acesso da comunidade às características mais relevantes referentes aos serviços de saúde prestados e ao território.

A B S T R A C T Several science areas have data coming characterized by variations in space and time that are measured using statistical procedures that take into account or not the existing interactions between the dimensions of space and time. Gneiting, in 2002, proposed a model that is based on the construction of non-separable stationary covariance functions, given the condition of being positive definite, which can be used to model the covariance matrix used in kriging. The southern mesoregion of Minas Gerais is very important to Brazilian agribusiness due to the planting of coffee cultivar and also because it has an extensive pasture area, allowing the creation of cattle, horses, and pigs and, for this reason, it is essential to study factors that impact on the climate of this region as the Earth's surface albedo, which is defined as the ability of a surface to reflect solar radiation. This article's objective is to apply the covariance model presented by Gneiting to the Geostatistical modeling of a set of real data on the albedo of the Earth's surface in the mesoregion in question using ordinary kriging to predict data of this nature. We choose to use the linear kriging predictor as it has the property of being best linear unbiased prediction (BLUP). We conclude that the exponential-cauchy family belonging to the class of covariance functions presented by Gneiting obtained a lower MSE in the adjustment of the covariance matrix of the linear kriging predictor and, therefore, can be used to predict the Earth's surface albedo. Esta grande produção alertou para a necessidade da gestão de RS de forma sustentável. Ou seja, objetiva-se limitar os impactos ambientais por meio da minimização da geração, e promoção da reutilização, reciclagem e regeneração dos resíduos. Para tanto, o Brasil publicou em 2010 a sua Política Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos (PNRS) que devido ao tamanho geográfico brasileiro, opta por se ramificar e se adequar à realidade de cada região mediante os planos de nível federal, estadual e municipal. A PNRS instituiu, para a gestão de resíduos sólidos, a Logística Reversa (LR) que pode ser definida como uma sequência de operações com início nos consumidores e fim nos fabricantes e que utiliza de atividades como a reciclagem, a reutilização e o reprocessamento de produtos, a política apresenta também Instrumentos Econômicos (IEs) que podem ser utilizados e implementados nas três esferas governamentais: União, estado e município. De acordo com o Ministério do Meio Ambiente (MMA), os Estados devem promover a adoção dos IEs como iniciativa de proteção à integridade do sistema ambiental global, eles partem do princípio de apoiar e consolidar boas práticas. Este trabalho, tem como pergunta de partida: qual a forma mais efetiva e coerente de se utilizar os instrumentos econômicos para a implantação e expansão da logística reversa? Dentro desta questão, pretende-se analisar e descrever o estado atual dos instrumentos econômicos nas atividades desenvolvidas pelas diferentes cadeias logísticas reversas no âmbito da PNRS. Para tanto, inicialmente fez-se uma pesquisa bibliográfica, em que se levantou os IE mais utilizados internacionalmente no âmbito de RS e o comportamento brasileiro diante da mesma questão, também foi realizada pesquisa documental, que localizou nas legislações municipais, publicações que visam o cuidado para com os RS. A partir dos resultados da pesquisa documental, partiu-se para a pesquisa de campo, em que as prefeituras que implementaram leis que fizeram parte da amostra descreviam o estado atual da sua implementação, mediante uma entrevista semiestruturada. Como resultado, observou-se que os principais IE utilizados em âmbito internacional foram os impostos sobre produtos e insumos, regime de depósito-reembolso e taxas de recolha de resíduos com base na quantidade. O que aponta para a consideração e cuidado desde a geração até o descarte. Enquanto no Brasil, o foco das normas está na primeira etapa da LR, a coleta. O brasileiro precisa lidar também com orientações abrangentes e flexíveis, que permitem a implementação do IE mas não regulamenta nem obriga os governantes a oferecerem a sociedade. Faz-se necessária uma legislação direcionada, que comece a atuar nos principais resíduos do município, levando em consideração os empreendimentos aos arredores da cidade, de forma que governo e empresários se alinhem em prol de uma maior efetividade da gestão de RS. Porém, antes de melhorar as diretrizes da lei é preciso que se garanta que elas sejam colocadas em prática, porém, após as entrevistas com as prefeituras identificou-se que apenas, constatou-se que 29% da legislação encontrada foi implementada, e que 50% apesar de estarem em vigor, não estão sendo aplicados. Após a análise da descrição do estado atual dos IE percebeu-se que são muitas as barreiras que precisam ser atravessadas para a expansão e efetividade da LR, as ações governamentais do Brasil são incipientes e precisam evoluir, mas para isto é preciso a integração do governo, empresários e sociedade.

This work has the objective of developing, analysing and applying a new tool for management the status of break disconnectors in high voltage substations from digital images. This tool uses a non-supervised kind of artificial neural network using the Kohonen learning algorithm, known as a self-organizing maps. In order to develop the proposed tool, C/C++ programming language, provided with easily used interfaces, is used. In order to obtain the results, three environments are considered: one for laboratory simulation and two pilot projects installed in the Fortaleza II/CHESF substation. These pilots are used for 230 kV EV-2000 type and 500 kV semi-pantographic type break disconnector management tests. The results prove the developed system’s efficiency, because it is able to detect 100% of open and closed identification situations. However, the neural network utilised for management break disconnectors has become suitable for installation in high voltage substations in order to support the maintenance team in safely handling these disconnectors.

We provide here an overview of, and a summary of results arising from, an extensive experimental campaign (the Spread F Experiment, or SpreadFEx) performed from September to November 2005, with primary measurements in Brazil. The motivation was to define the potential role of neutral atmosphere dynamics, specifically gravity wave motions propagating upward from the lower atmosphere, in seeding Rayleigh-Taylor instability (RTI) and plasma bubbles extending to higher altitudes. Campaign measurements focused on the Brazilian sector and included ground-based optical, radar, digisonde, and GPS measurements at a number of fixed and temporary sites. Related data on convection and plasma bubble structures were also collected by GOES 12, and the GUVI instrument aboard the TIMED satellite.

The Spread F Experiment, or SpreadFEx, was performed from September to November 2005 to define the potential role of neutral atmosphere dynamics, primarily gravity waves propagating upward from the lower atmosphere, in seeding equatorial spread F (ESF) and plasma bubbles extending to higher altitudes. A description of the SpreadFEx campaign motivations, goals, instrumentation, and structure, and an overview of the results presented in this special issue, are provided by Fritts et al. (2008a). The various analyses of neutral atmosphere and ionosphere dynamics and structure described in this special issue provide enticing evidence of gravity waves arising from deep convection in plasma bubble seeding at the bottomside F layer. Our purpose here is to employ these results to estimate gravity wave characteristics at the bottomside F layer, and to assess their possible contributions to optimal seeding conditions for ESF and plasma instability growth rates. We also assess expected tidal influences on the environment in which plasma bubble seeding occurs, given their apparent large wind and temperature amplitudes at these altitudes. We conclude 1) that gravity waves can achieve large amplitudes at the bottomside F layer, 2) that tidal winds likely control the orientations of the gravity waves that attain the highest altitudes and have the greatest effects, 3) that the favored gravity wave orientations enhance most or all of the parameters influencing plasma instability growth rates, and 4) that gravity wave and tidal structures acting together have an even greater potential impact on plasma instability growth rates and plasma bubble seeding.

Initial results of our SpreadFEx analyses are described separately by Fritts et al. (2009). Further analyses of these data provide additional evidence of 1) gravity wave (GW) activity near the mesopause apparently linked to deep convection predominantly to the west of our measurement sites, 2) small-scale GWs largely confined to lower altitudes, 3) larger-scale GWs apparently penetrating to much higher altitudes, 4) substantial GW amplitudes implied by digisonde electron densities, and 5) apparent influences of these perturbations in the lower F-region on the formation of equatorial spread F, RTI, and plasma bubbles extending to much higher altitudes. Other efforts with SpreadFEx data have also yielded 6) the occurrence, locations, and scales of deep convection, 7) the spatial and temporal evolutions of plasma bubbles, 8) 2-D (height-resolved) structures in electron density fluctuations and equatorial spread F at lower altitudes and plasma bubbles above, and 9) the occurrence of substantial tidal perturbations to the large-scale wind and temperature fields extending to bottomside F-layer and higher altitudes. Collectively, our various SpreadFEx analyses suggest direct links between deep tropical convection and large GW perturbations at large spatial scales at the bottomside F-layer and their likely contributions to the excitation of RTI and plasma bubbles extending to much higher altitudes.
