Researchers at Volgograd State Medical University in Russia have conducted experimental studies on new azoloazine derivatives for the treatment of breast cancer. The goal of the research was to assess the antitumor activity of these derivatives in vitro and in vivo. The results showed that certain compounds exhibited high cytotoxicity against breast cancer cells while having low cytotoxicity against normal cells.
