Abstract

Highlights: [•] This report describes response to hepatitis B vaccination after assisted living facility outbreak. [•] 61 susceptible residents aged 46–86 received TWINRIX™ at 0, 1, 7 months. [•] 27 (44%) vaccinated residents consented to measurement of vaccine response. [•] Among those tested, 22 (81%) achieved seroprotection measured by anti-HBs ≥10mIU/mL.
