The article focuses on the factors to consider by human resources personnel on selecting job analysis methods. It is suggested that companies evaluate the costs and benefits of various job analysis techniques used. An overview of the process involved in the Functional Job Analysis used by the U.S. Veterans Health Administration is provided.
