The article reports on a study of Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) members. The YPO was created by Ray Hickok Manufacturing Company President Ray Hickok and has several chapters in the United States. The study found that many corporate presidents wanted to improve their ability to effectively coordinate their time and avoid procrastination. They also wanted to improve their ability to build teams, recognize critical success factors, secure working capital, and make crisis decisions. Topics include the "critical incidents" research method and a profile of the typical YPO president.
