Abstract

The article discusses the study on the investigative comparison of the expression of nuclear factor кB (NF-кB) in colorectal cancer (CRC) in the U.S. The study provided evidence of downstream targets of NF-кB signaling may be relevant in invasion and progression of CRC. Moreover, the study concluded that the inhibition of NF-кB signaling may be an additional option for the treatment of sporadic CRC.
