This paper aims at presenting an analysis of nominal forms of anaphora involved in the referencing process and their implications over the sense construction when dealing with a specific object-ofspeech - Barack Obama - referenced in texts from online journalism. In order to do that, excerpts of online journalism texts which refer to the presidential election in the United States of America in 2008 were chosen as research data. It was analyzed the way president Barack Obama was (re)categorized in these texts, through nominal forms of anaphora. The theoretical basis is the referencing process, taken as a discursive activity, as suggested by Mondada and Dubois (2003). The results of the analysis reinforce the reasoning of the researches of reference as long as some anaphoric forms, concerning the referent's recategorization potential, act on the sociocognitive construction of the object-of-speech. Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to examine dynamic mapping of holding locations to the animated maps in a library catalog which aims to resolve complex shelving situations, augment the user experience in locating library materials and enrich the Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) by integrating external programming into the Integrated Library System (ILS). Designlmethodology/approach - Dynamic mapping displays animated direction maps for users to locate quickly the items found in the library catalog. The maps are displayed in accordance with various shelving policies. At Wichita State University Libraries, the original bibliographic data are captured from the record results page in the OPAC and transferred to a processing program residing on another server. Instead of transferring ISBNIISSN (International Standard Book Number! International Standard Serial Number, as practiced by some libraries) to display the Syndetic cover images, it transfers bibliographic ID and a few other fields from MARC (Machine-Readable Cataloging) records to a processing program which queries the ILS database for extracting data needed for the dynamic map processing. The dynamic map system consists of three sections: queried data from the ILS database, programming logic, and dynamic maps. Findings - Compared to title-level shelving map displays that have been implemented in some libraries, holding level map displays solve the problem of complex shelving situations, such as a title with multiple copies shelved in different locations and/or in different formats. Originality/value - This project received very positive feedback from the library community and this paper will provide information to those libraries which are interested in dynamically presenting holding information in their OPAC. Summary  The macro-level country-by-country co-authorship, cross-reference and cross-citation analysis started in our previous paper,1 continues with revealing the cross-national preference stucture of the 36 selected countries. Preference indicators of co-authorship, cross-reference and cross-citation are defined, presented and discussed. The study revealed that geopolitical location, cultural relations and language are determining factors in shaping preferences whether in co-authorship, cross-reference or cross-citation. Areas like Central Europe, Scandinavia, Latin America (supplemented with Spain and Portugal), the Far East or the Australia-New Zealand-South Africa triad form typical “clusters” with mutually strong preferences towards each other. The USA appears to have a distinguished role enjoying universal preference, which - in the cross-reference and cross-citation case - is asymmetric for the greater part of the countries under study. The article presents guidelines that can help rehabilitation scholars improve the possibility of their submitted articles to be publish in the Rehabilitation Education journal in the U.S. It is ideal to determine whether the manuscript is relevant for the journal and to have it check by a colleague with an established scholarship record to review it before it is set for submission. It is best to have multiple-authored manuscripts and the need for authors to cite exact and complete references.

The article discusses the author's perspective regarding the history librarians and government documents librarians U.S. She says that history librarians need to make more of a concerted effort to know the government documents librarians in their library and to learn about the most important government documents reference tools and in turn government document librarians need to provide better historical context to their collections to make them more relevant to the historian. She stresses that articles written about why historians do not use government documents to their fullest potential, because government documents are difficult and time-consuming to identify and government documents are not useful to the historian.
