The article focuses on different innovative ideas for teaching particle physics. It informs that particle is a tricky topic to study and A-level specifications in Great Britain tend to focus on learning about the particles and how they behave. Students need to know the names of the quarks and the particles they make up and also need to know the properties, how they interact with each other and some simple Feynman diagrams. Queen Mary University of London, has developed a model using different colours of lego to represent the different particles.
