Without being aware of it, metaphorical concepts reveal their expressions word for word in our social life. It is the expression of thoughts using concrete and abstract concepts. The aim of this study is to reveal the mental perceptions of teacher candidates about entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship skills by using metaphors. The participants of the study are teacher candidates studying in ten different branches at the Faculty of Education in Bolu Abant Izzet Baysal University in the 2019-2020 academic year. In the research, as a data collection tool, a form that includes the expression "Entrepreneurship education / entrepreneurship skill…… because……" was used to identify metaphors for entrepreneurship education. The data obtained from the data collection tool were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. Content analysis and metaphor analysis were used in the analysis of the data. According to the findings obtained from the study, pre-service teachers produced a total of 100 metaphors for entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship skills. These metaphors are evaluated in three categories: 1-Theoretical framework of entrepreneurship education, 2-Values of entrepreneurship education, 3-Sub-skills of entrepreneurship education. These conceptual categories were examined according to the pre-service teachers' branches and the data obtained were evaluated under three main categories and under thirty-five titles. According to the results of the research, the perceptions of pre-service teachers about entrepreneurship education and gaining entrepreneurship skills are generally positive.

The aim of this study is to gain entrepreneurship skills with activities in mathematics education. With this aim, the Primary School Mathematics Curriculum was examined by the researchers. In this process, data were collected using a document review form developed by the researchers within the framework of Tarhan (2019a). According to this framework, entrepreneurship education includes five dimensions, namely business idea, finance, product design and production, promotion and marketing, investment. Obtained data was analyzed by document analysis method. Through the analysis process, the objectives of the program related to the entrepreneurial skills were determined and the activities were designed in line with these objectives. As a result, it was determined that the activities prepared in order to gain entrepreneurship skills in the Primary School Mathematics Curriculum were not compatible with each grade level and each learning domain. This suggests that some of the objectives are not compatible for gaining entrepreneurship skills. Therefore, any activities could be designed related to objectives and learning domains at some of the grade levels. Moreover, it was also found that there were any studies in mathematics education involving the creation and application of mathematical activities by addressing entrepreneurship elements systematically (dimension, subject, skill, value).

The aim of this study is to determine the objectives in the Middle School Mathematics Course Curriculum that can be associated with entrepreneurship education and to prepare activities/questions related to these objectives to be studied in gaining entrepreneurship skills. The curriculum was examined according to the framework developed by Tarhan (2019b), which consists of the dimensions of business idea, finance, product design and production, promotion and marketing, and investment within entrepreneurship education. The data obtained through the examination of the objectives were analyzed by descriptive analysis, and it was determined that at least one objective could be associated with each of the dimensions at each grade level. In total, 42 objectives in the learning domains of 'numbers and operations, geometry and measurement, algebra, probability, and data processing' were determined related to the dimensions of entrepreneurship skills. Accordingly, sample activities/questions to be studied in gaining 20 different sub-skills of entrepreneurship education were prepared and it was suggested that further research can be conducted to investigate the effectiveness of these activities/questions prepared to develop entrepreneurship skills.
