Turkey in the housing finance market, conventional banks, participation banks and some private institutions provide different conditions and opportunities for their customer through home ownership by. The Islamic banks operating in Turkey offer Housing Finance products which are identical with the conventional mortgage products. Islamic home financing products are certainly different from conventional home loan. Conventional provided home loan is based on lending of interest which is prohibited by Shari'ah. On the other hand, having the big majority Moslem population, Islamic finance is an alternative to be developed in Turkey. All housing finance is a large share of public income and covers long-term payments. This paper, will focus on two selected participation banks in Islamic banking institutions. This research aims to investigate the relationship between alternatives offered by two participation banks in choosing Islamic home financing products. In this study, between the quarterly 2010-2019; Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted by using asset size of Kuveyt Türk and Albaraka Türk banks, housing price index, inflation rate, housing loan interest rates and GDP.
