The article discusses about the controversy in the Texas Enterprise Fund, which is a financial package made by Texas governor Rick Perry to finance job growth. A Texans for Public Justice report published on October 13, 2011 stated that 43 of 90 companies covered with the Enterprise Fund grants donated 7 million dollars to the presidential campaign of Perry. Since its formation in 2003, the fund made 59,000 jobs out of providing 440 million dollars in public funds to companies.
