Aims: To evaluate the burden of cardiovascular risk factors and disease (CVD) among five Asian groups living in Catalonia (Spain): Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Filipino, and Chinese., Methods and Results: Retrospective cohort study using the Catalan Health Surveillance System database including 42 488 Pakistanis, 40 745 Chinese, 21 705 Indians, 9544 Filipinos, and 6907 Bangladeshis; and 5.3 million native individuals ('locals'). We estimated the age-adjusted prevalence (as of 31 December 2019) and incidence (during 2019) of diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidaemia, obesity, tobacco use, coronary heart disease (CHD), cerebrovascular disease, atrial fibrillation, and heart failure (HF). Bangladeshis had the highest prevalence of diabetes (17.4% men, 22.6% women) followed by Pakistanis. Bangladeshis also had the highest prevalence of hyperlipidaemia (23.6% men, 18.3% women), hypertension among women (24%), and incident tobacco use among men. Pakistani women had the highest prevalence of obesity (28%). For CHD, Bangladeshi men had the highest prevalence (7.3%), followed by Pakistanis (6.3%); and Pakistanis had the highest prevalence among women (3.2%). For HF, the prevalence in Pakistani and Bangladeshi women was more than twice that of locals. Indians had the lowest prevalence of diabetes across South Asians, and of CHD across South Asian men, while the prevalence of CHD among Indian women was twice that of local women (2.6% vs. 1.3%). Filipinos had the highest prevalence of hypertension among men (21.8%). Chinese men and women had the lowest prevalence of risk factors and CVD., Conclusions: In Catalonia, preventive interventions adapted to the risk profile of different Asian immigrant groups are needed, particularly for Bangladeshis and Pakistanis., (Published on behalf of the European Society of Cardiology. Objective: Interest in low-dose radiotherapy (LD-RT) for the symptomatic treatment of nonmalignant conditions, including inflammatory and degenerative disorders of the joints and para-articular soft tissues, has increased substantially in recent years. In the present document, we provide a CT-based contouring atlas to help identify and delineate the most common osteoarticular regions susceptible to LD-RT., Methods: The clinical efficacy of LD-RT is supported by a large body of evidence. However, there is no consensus on the parameters for contouring the planning target volume (PTV). Moreover, 3D simulation and planning should be the standard of care even for nonmalignant disorders. For this reason, the present guidelines were prepared to help guide PTV contouring based on CT images, with the same quality criteria for patient immobilization, treatment simulation, planning and delivery as those routinely applied for cancer radiotherapy., Results: PTV for radiotherapy requires precise identification of the target areas based on CT and other imaging techniques. Using a series of cases treated at our institution, we have defined the PTVs for each location on the simulation CT to establish the relationship between the image and the anatomical structures to be treated. We also specify the immobilization systems used to ensure treatment accuracy and reproducibility., Conclusions: This comprehensive atlas based on CT images may be of value to radiation oncologists who wish to use LD-RT for the symptomatic treatment of degenerative or inflammatory osteoarticular diseases., Advances in Knowledge: The recommendations and contouring atlas described in this article provide an eminently practical tool for LD-RT in non-malignant conditions, based on the same quality criteria recommended for all modern radiotherapy treatments in Spain.

Introduction: The treatment of metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) has changed significantly in recent years. Inhibitors of androgen receptors have shown especially significant benefits in overall (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS), with a good toxicity profile. Treatment selection depends on the patient's individual clinical, radiological, and biological characteristics., Objective: To describe treatment outcomes (efficacy, toxicity) in a cohort of patients with mCRPC in Spain., Materials and Methods: Multicenter, retrospective study of patients with mCRPC included in a database of the Urological Tumour Working Group (URONCOR) of the Spanish Society of Radiation Oncology (SEOR). Metastatic CRPC was defined according to the prostate cancer working group 3 (PCWG3) criteria. The Kaplan-Meier technique was used to evaluate OS and the Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (CTCAE, v.4.0) were used to assess toxicity. Univariate and multivariate Cox regression analyses were performed to identify the factors significantly associated with OS., Results: A total of 314 patients from 17 hospitals in Spain diagnosed with mCRPC between June 2010 and September 2017 were included in this study. Mean age at diagnosis was 68 years (range 45-89). At a median follow-up of 35 months, OS at 1, 3, and 5 years were 92%, 38%, and 28%, respectively. Grades 1-2 and grade 3 toxicity rates were, respectively, 68% and 19%. No grade 4 toxicities were observed. On the multivariate analysis, the following factors were significantly associated with OS: age (hazard ratio [HR] 0.42, p = 0.010), PSA value at diagnosis of mCRPC (HR 0.55, p = 0.008), and Gleason score (HR 0.61, p = 0.009)., Conclusions: Age, Gleason score, and PSA at diagnosis of mCRPC are independently associated with overall survival in patients with mCRPC. The efficacy and toxicity outcomes in this patient cohort treated in radiation oncology departments in Spain are consistent with previous reports.

Objectives: Overall, 25% to 33% of patients on kidney transplant wait lists present with prior graft loss. In addition, the number of patients who require a retransplant seems to be increasing. Here, we describe our experience with patients who had a second kidney transplant after a previous pancreas-kidney transplant or a third or fourth kidney transplant. We focused specifically on the technical aspects and outcomes related to this patient group., Materials and Methods: A single-center retrospective study was performed. The cohortincluded 15 patients > 18 years old who had received a second kidney graft after pancreas-kidney transplant or a second or greater kidney graft between 2013 and 2019., Results: Median age of recipients was 45 years (range, 20-58 y). In 10 patients, the transperitoneal approach was selected. In 5 patients, the retroperitoneal heterotopic kidney retransplant technique was used. Early surgical complications (≤ 30 days posttransplant) were reported in 4 patients. Three patients had late ureteral stenosis (> 90 days posttransplant). All grafts were functioning at time of patient discharge. Mean creatinine level was 2.69 mg/dL (range, 1.23-6.26 mg/dL). The 1-year and 2-year graft survivalrates were 85% and 75%, respectively. No grafts were lost because of surgical complications., Conclusions: Retransplant of a second graft after pancreas-kidney transplant or retransplant of a third or fourth renal graft is challenging but feasible, with evidence of reasonably positive outcomes after retransplant.

Background and Objective: Few odor tests have been developed for children. Objectives: The aim of the present study was to develop and validate a simple and quick olfactory test to evaluate odor identification and threshold in a Spanish pediatric population., Methods: The Pediatric Barcelona Olfactory Test-6 (pBOT-6) consisted of a set of 6 odorants for a forced choice identification test and a 6-dilution phenyl ethyl alcohol geometric series for the threshold test. The pBOT-6 was compared with the Universal Sniff test (a validated international pediatric smell test) in 131 healthy Spanish volunteers aged 6-17 years. A Bland-Altman plot was used to determine the agreement between the 2 tests. Reliability was analyzed in 15 volunteers using the intraclass correlation coefficient. Normative data were obtained, and 8 children diagnosed with subjective loss of smell were tested for validation., Results: The Bland-Altman analysis demonstrated a minimal bias of -1.71% with upper and lower limits of agreement of -31.1% and 27.6%, respectively. The intraclass correlation coefficient was 0.83 (95%CI, 0.6-0.96) for the identification test and 0.73 (95%CI, 0.36-0.9) for the threshold test, with excellent and good consistency between measurements over time. Mean pBOT-6 scores were significantly higher in healthy volunteers than in patients with loss of smell. Discrimination between normosmia and loss of smell was achieved with a sensitivity of 96.9% and a specificity of 100%., Conclusions: pBOT-6 offers an effective and fast method that is useful in clinical routine to distinguish, with high sensitivity and specificity, between pediatric patients with normosmia and those with loss of smell.

Responses to drought stress by water withholding have been studied in 1 year old Holm oak (Quercus ilex subsp. ballota [Desf.] Samp.) seedlings from seven provenances from Andalusia (southern Spain). Several physiological parameters, including predawn xylem water potentials and relative water content in soil, roots, and leaves as well as maximum quantum efficiency and yield of PSII were evaluated for 28 days in both irrigated and nonirrigated seedlings. The leaf proteome map of the two provenances that show the extreme responses (Seville, GSE, is the most susceptible, while Almerı́a, SSA, is the least susceptible) was obtained. Statistically significant variable spots among provenances and treatments were subjected to MALDI-TOF/TOF-MS/MS analysis for protein identification. In response to drought stress, ~12.4% of the reproducible spots varied significantly depending on the treatment and the population. These variable proteins were mainly chloroplastic and belonged to the metabolism and defense/stress functional categories. The 2-DE protein profile of nonirrigated seedlings was similar in both provenances. Physiological and proteomics data were generally in good agreement. The general trend was a decrease in protein abundance upon water withholding in both provenances, mainly in those involved in ATP synthesis and photosynthesis. This decrease, moreover, was most marked in the most susceptible population compared with the less susceptible one.

This paper presents an analysis of Holm oak pollen proteome, together with an evaluation of the potentiality that a proteomic approach may have in the provenance variability assessment. Proteins were extracted from pollen of four Holm oak provenances, and they were analyzed by gel-based (1- and 2-DE in combination with MALDI-TOF/TOF) and gel-free (nLC-LTQ Orbitrap MS) approaches. A comparison of 1- and 2-DE protein profiles of the four provenances revealed significant differences, both qualitative and quantitative, in abundance (18 bands and 16 spots, respectively). Multivariate statistical analysis carried out on bands and spots clearly showed distinct associations between provenances, which highlight their geographical origins. A total of 100 spots selected from the 402 spots observed on 2-DE gels were identified by MALDI-TOF/TOF. Moreover, a complementary gel-free shotgun approach was performed by nLC-LTQ Orbitrap MS. The identified proteins were classified according to biological processes, and most proteins in both approaches were related to metabolism and defense/stress processes. The nLC-LTQ Orbitrap MS analysis allowed us the identification of proteins belonging to the cell wall and division, transport and translation categories. Besides providing the first reference map of Holm oak pollen, our results confirm previous studies based on morphological observations and acorn proteomic analysis. Objective: One of the hypotheses about the genetic factors that contribute to schizophrenia involves mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA), an approximately 16,569-base pair molecule inherited only from the mother. If this hypothesis were true, one would expect a higher frequency of schizophrenia among matrilineal relatives who share mtDNA with a schizophrenia patient than among relatives who do not. This article reports the risk of presenting with schizophrenia, other psychiatric disorders, and conditions related to mitochondrial disorders in relatives who share mtDNA with a schizophrenia patient versus those who do not., Method: We interviewed 100 schizophrenia patients (DSM-IV criteria) and 147 of their first-degree relatives from November 2007 to November 2009 to collect clinical data from patients and from both sides of each patient's pedigree. The study was conducted at of a psychiatric teaching hospital in Reus, Spain. Contingency tables were established, and odds ratios were calculated to estimate relative risk., Results: Relatives who shared mtDNA with a schizophrenia patient had a higher risk of presenting with schizophrenia than those who did not share mtDNA (odds ratio [OR] = 3.05; 95% CI, 1.65-5.72; P < .001). Female but not male relatives who shared mtDNA with a schizophrenia patient also had a higher risk of unipolar depression (OR =10.19; 95% CI, 4.07-32.80; P < .001), panic attack (OR = 15.52; 95% CI, 2.41-643.6; P < .001), and other anxiety disorders (OR = 4.14; 95% CI, 1.84-9.71; P < .001). Some conditions frequently associated with mitochondrial disorders were also more frequent among female relatives who shared mtDNA with a schizophrenia patient than among those who did not., Conclusions: The results of this study support the hypothesis that mtDNA may be involved in schizophrenia. In females, mtDNA could also be involved in the development of other psychiatric and nonpsychiatric conditions. Background: Conradi-Hünermann-Happle syndrome (CDPX2, OMIM 302960) is an inherited X-linked dominant variant of chondrodysplasia punctata which primarily affects the skin, bones and eyes. CDPX2 results from mutations in EBP (emopamil binding protein), and presents with increased levels of sterol precursors 8(9)-cholesterol and 8-dehydrocholesterol., Objectives: To expand the understanding of CDPX2, clinically, biochemically and genetically., Methods: We present one of the largest series reported to date, including 13 female patients belonging to nine Spanish families. Patients were studied biochemically using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, genetically using polymerase chain reaction and in their methylation status using the HUMARA assay., Results: In our cases, there was a clear relationship between abnormal sterol profile and the EBP gene mutation. We describe three novel mutations in the EBP gene. EBP mutations were inherited in three out of nine families and were sporadic in the remaining cases., Conclusions: No clear genotype-phenotype correlation was found. Patients' biochemical profiles did not reveal a relationship between sterol profiles and severity of disease. Background: Genome-wide association studies using several hundred thousand anonymous markers present limited statistical power. Alternatively, association studies restricted to common nonsynonymous single nucleotide polymorphisms (nsSNPs) have the advantage of strongly reducing the multiple testing problem, while increasing the probability of testing functional single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs)., Methods: We performed a case-control association study of common nsSNPs in Galician (northwest Spain) samples using the Affymetrix GeneChip Human 20k cSNP Kit, followed by a replication study of the more promising results. After quality control procedures, the discovery sample consisted of 5100 nsSNPs at minor allele frequency >5% analyzed in 476 schizophrenia patients and 447 control subjects. The replication sample consisted of 4069 cases and 15,128 control subjects of European origin. We also performed multilocus analysis, using aggregated scores of nsSNPs at liberal significance thresholds and cross-validation procedures., Results: The 5 independent nsSNPs with false discovery rate q ≤ .25, as well as 13 additional nsSNPs at p < .01 and located in functional candidate genes, were genotyped in the replication samples. One SNP, rs13107325, located at the metal ions transporter gene SLC39A8, reached significance in the combined sample after Bonferroni correction (trend test, p = 2.7 × 10(-6), allelic odds ratio = 1.32). This SNP presents minor allele frequency of 5% to 10% in many European populations but is rare outside Europe. We also confirmed the polygenic component of susceptibility., Conclusions: Taking into account that another metal ions transporter gene, SLC39A3, is associated to bipolar disorder, our findings reveal a role for brain metal homeostasis in psychosis., (Copyright © 2012 Society of Biological Psychiatry. Objective: To determine the prevalence of depression and anxiety in main carers of dependent patients as defined by the Dependent Care Law 39/2006., Material and Methods: We selected 294 main carers of dependent patients as defined by Law 39/2006, and performed a descriptive, cross-sectional and multi-centre study. They were recruited during the first semester of 2009 in 8 urban centres and 2 rural ones in the Communities of Andalusia and Murcia. We measured levels of anxiety and depression using the Hamilton scale, the social support by means of the Duke-UNK scale, sociodemographic, medical variables and associated with the support to the dependent person. The Chi-squared (chi), WiLcoxon and Student t tests were used to describe the data. Multivariate analysis was performed on the most significant data., Results: A total of 254 carers showed anxiety (86%) (95% CI: 82.47-90.31%) and depression 191 (65%) (95% CI: 59.51-70.41%). The presence of anxiety was statistically significant (P = .043) when associated to: being an unpaid carer, low social support, previous diagnosis of anxiety and depression, taking of psychiatric drugs, and diagnosis of depression using the Hamilton depression scale. The depression presence of depression is associated with: being an unpaid carer, family relationship, previous diagnosis of anxiety and depression, taking of psychiatric drugs, and with an anxiety diagnosis according to the Hamilton scale. No statistically significant differences were detected in the association between Levels of dependency and the appearance of depression and/or anxiety., Conclusions: The prevalence of depression and anxiety in the carers of dependent patients is significantly greater than in the general population. The greater the social support the lower the prevalence of these disorders.

Schizotypy has been proposed to be the expression of the genetic vulnerability to schizophrenia. Schizotypal features have been associated with personality dimensions found in patients with psychosis. In this study, we compared the Dimensional Assessment of Personality Pathology - Basic Questionnaire (DAPP-BQ) scores of patients with psychosis, siblings scoring higher on schizotypy (SSHS), and siblings scoring lower (SSLS). The SSHSs displayed a DAPP-BQ profile characterized by high scores in the dimensions of affective lability, anxiousness, submissiveness, social avoidance, identity problems, oppositionality, narcissism, and restricted expression, distinguishing them from the SSLS. Due to these dimensions, SSHSs are more similar to the patients' DAPP-BQ profile. The results suggest that this pathological personality profile might contribute to increase the risk of developing psychosis in siblings who have more schizotypal features.

This paper presents the first experience of the Spanish Society of Internal Medicine in the development of an Internet-based Continuing Medical Education program for Society members, accredited by the Health Ministry and the Autonomous University of Barcelona, and funded by the Menarini Group SA. Academic performance and satisfaction of participants in this course have been very satisfactory, both with respect to scientific content and the virtual learning environment. This experience shows that Internet-based continuing medical education is a field with a great future that is well accepted by participating physicians, and that the scientific societies, with the collaboration of other institutions and companies, can lead Internet-based Continuing Medical Education programs especially designed and tailored to their members., (Copyright © 2009 Elsevier España, S.L. The number and frequency of susceptibility alleles at loci associated to most psychiatric disorders is largely unknown, in spite of its relevance for the design of studies aiming to find these alleles. Both, common polymorphisms and rare mutations may contribute to the genetic susceptibility to complex psychiatric disorders, being the relative relevance of each type of variation currently under debate. Here, we confirmed the existence of a common protective haplotype against schizophrenia at the dopamine D(3) receptor (DRD3) gene, by replication and pooled analysis with previous data (Mantel-Haenszel chi(2) P value = 0.00227; OR = 0.79, 95% CI 0.68-0.92, based on 794 cases and 1,078 controls from three independent populations of European origin). This protective haplotype is at very low frequency in Sub-Saharan Africans (median 0.06) and at intermediate frequencies in other populations (median 0.25). We also revealed, by examining the patterns of linkage disequilibrium around this gene, that the protective haplotype has reached high frequency in non-African populations due to selection acting, most probably, on a linked functional polymorphism, the non-synonymous single nucleotide polymorphism Ser9Gly (rs6280), also at DRD3. Thus, this finding shows that the natural selection may play a role in the existence of common alleles conferring different susceptibility to schizophrenia.

Given that the DSM taxonomy of personality disorders is flawed by severe classificatory problems, the development of alternative classificatory systems, such as the Dimensional Assessment of Personality Pathology-Basic Questionnaire (DAPP-BQ), has now become a priority. This study examined the internal consistency, second-order factor structure, and criterion validity of a Spanish translation of the DAPP-BQ in two samples: subjects with personality disorder (n = 155) and subjects from the general population (n = 300). Alpha coefficients ranged satisfactorily from .75 to .93. Four second-order factors of Emotional Dysregulation, Dissocial Behavior, Inhibitedness, and Compulsivity were obtained, which were replicable between samples and identical to those reported in the literature. Finally, disordered subjects scored significantly higher than normal subjects on 17 of the 18 DAPP-BQ traits. Some pending issues in the construction of an alternative taxonomy of personality disorders are discussed.

The first descriptions of schizophrenia emphasized attention problems patients with schizophrenia have but recent results evidence that other psychotic disorders share them. We compared the performance in sustained and selective attention between psychotic patients (P), their healthy first degree relatives (R) and healthy volunteers (C) to prove whether these alterations could be an endophenotype of vulnerability to psychosis. We also compared the performance of schizophrenic patients (SZP) and that of patients with other functional psychoses (OP) in order to prove whether these alterations are specific of any psychotic disorder. Seventy-six P, 70 R and 39 C were included in the study. A selective attention index, comprising TMT A and B and Stroop Test, and a sustained attention index comprising the Continuous Performance Test were calculated. We conducted an univariant general linear model to compare three group performances in these indexes, with age, sex and years of education as a covariables. We found significant differences between the indexes when we compared P, R and C. No differences in performance were found between SZP and OP. Our data showed that sustained and selective attention alterations could be a vulnerability factor to psychotic disorders in general, but they were not specific of schizophrenia.

Introduction: The short version of the Temperament and Character Inventory-Revised (TCI-R), the TCI-140, is presented. This study aimed: a) to obtain the psychometric properties of TCI-140; b) to analyze the relationship with the normal version of the TCI-R, and c) to study its convergent validity with the MMPI-2 PSY-5., Method: The TCI-R and MMPI-2 PSY-5 scales were administered to a sample of consecutive psychiatric inpatients with differential Axis I and II diagnoses., Results: It was found that the TCI-140 dimensions showed reliability coefficients ranging from 0.67 (Reward dependence [RD]) to 0.86 (Self-Transcendence [ST]) and the reliability coefficients of PSY-5 ranging from 0.68 (CON) to 0.86 (NE/NEU). Correlations for the dimensions with the TCI-R original 240-item version and TCI-R 140 item version ranged from 0.91 (Self-Directedness [SD]) to 0.97 (ST). The dimensions had a normal distribution. Correlations of TCI-140 scales with PSY-5 scales provided preliminary evidence supporting the convergent validity of the constructs. Then, Novelty Seeking (NS) was associated with low Constraint, Harm Avoidance (HA) was associated with low Aggressiveness and Positive Emotionality/ Extraversion, and also with high Negative Emotionality/Neuroticism, Reward Dependence (RD) was associated with high Positive Emotionality/Extraversion. Persistence (PS) was related to high aggressiveness, and Positive Emotionality/ Extraversion. On the other hand, SD was correlated with low Psychoticism, and Negative Emotionality/Neuroticism, and also with high Positive Emotionality/Extraversion. Cooperativeness (C) had a relationship to high constraint and low psychoticism. Finally ST was associated with high psychoticism and Positive Emotionality/Extraversion., Conclusions: The short Spanish version of TCI-R is a useful inventory for the evaluation of the principals dimensions of temperament and character.

Background: Wolfram syndrome is a neurodegenerative disorder that is inherited in an autosomal recessive mode and characterized by the presence of diabetes mellitus and optic atrophy. Patients and heterozygote carriers are at an increased risk of suffering psychiatric disorders. Mutations in the Wolfram gene (WFS1 ) (4p16.1) are responsible for the development of the disease, and mRNA and protein expression of WFS1 have recently been found in areas of the rat brain that can be related to the psychiatric symptoms., Objective: To test the hypothesis that WFS1 mutations in heterozygote carriers or other variants of WFS1 can predispose to mental illness., Methods: Stage 1: Exons 2, 4 and 8 of that harbour mutations in Spanish Wolfram syndrome families were examined by Single Strand Conformation Polymorphism and sequencing analysis in 43 patients with affective disorder to identify variants and mutations. Stage 2: two variants identified in stage 1 were analysed in 152 psychiatric patients (118 schizophrenia and 34 affective disorder) and 177 control subjects., Results: Six variants (I333V Ile-->Val, F341, N500, R708, K774, K811) and a WFS1 mutation (R818C, Arg-->Cys) were found in the 43 patients analysed in stage 1 of the study. In stage 2, the R818C mutation was not found in the group of psychiatric patients but it was present in one control subject. The association study conducted with the I333V variant did not find significant differences in allele or genotype frequencies between patients and control subjects., Conclusions: Our results suggest that WFS1 is not a major susceptibility gene for the development of psychiatric disorders in our population.

Evidence of imprinting and anticipation, two genetic phenomena that are correlated with clinical sequelae, was assessed in familial schizophrenia. A sample of patients (n=291) who fulfilled the ICD-9 criteria for schizophrenia and corresponding to the familial-type and sporadic-type of the disorder was recruited. Clinical anticipation and imprinting variables such as age at onset (AAO), schizophrenia subtype, course of disease and onset type were assessed over parental (G1) and filial (G2) generations in both schizophrenia types. Anticipation assessment indicated significant differences in mean AAO between parent-offspring pairs in unilineal families. These differences were not explained by a cohort effect. Imprinting assessment indicated non-significant differences in AAO between the offspring of affected mothers and the offspring of affected fathers. The results obtained for other clinical variables were non-conclusive. The results suggest that anticipation, but not imprinting, is operative in schizophrenia.

A study of prevalence of pain conducted in 812 patients admitted in the Juan Canalejo Hospital in La Coruña (Spain). This is primarily an adult hospital. Of the 650 patients whose replies were deemed valid, 35.69% were suffering pain. Other findings were that the sociocultural level of the patients affected their assessment of pain and that 46.12% of those who were suffering pain were not receiving analgesics at that time. Magnesium dipyrone, a combination of paracetamol and codeine and morphine were the most commonly used drugs, although there was clearunderuse of analgesic.

A retrospective study was undertaken to evaluate the results achieved by treatment of renal tumor in 6 patients with solitary kidney. Two were treated conservatively, three were submitted to radical nephrectomy, and one patient underwent heminephrectomy. The mean follow-up was 28 months, the mortality rate was 33%, and metastasis was observed in another 33% of this patient group during follow-up.
