WHO proclaimed the outbreak of the New Corona virus in China a global health emergency, and Southeast Asia was one of the first regions to suffer serious damage. This study discusses physical distancing policies in public transportation on Covid-19 cases in Southeast Asia in the literature. We used Publish or Perish, Mendeley and Google Scholar, to search for articles published between 2020 and 2021. The study reveals that Covid-19 can be contained more effectively in Southeast Asia if physical distancing policies are introduced early. Vietnam is the greatest country at reducing Covid-19 cases due to rigorous physical distancing policies, notably on public transportation. The import of cases successfully limited by transportation border regulations, both in terms of distance and number. Particularly if it is accompanied by stringent policies such as screening tests, effective tracing, stay at home, working from home, and lockdown. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
