The article discusses the impact of globalization on South African culture and examines the cultural relationship between South Africa and the U.S. Details are provided about the influence of U.S. society and culture on South Africa in the post-Cold War world and the infusion of South African culture in U.S. society. The author argues that while the cultural exchange between the two nations has increased, the interest of Americans in South Africa has decreased since the apartheid and Cold War.
