Abstract

High neutrophil percentage was most likely to be found in influenza A, influenza B, adenovirus and RSV infection except SARS-CoV-2 infection. However, the number of neutrophils decreased in SARS-CoV-2 infections, which was increased significantly in influenza A, adenovirus and RSV infections ( I p i <.01). Influenza B and influenza A were still the most prevalent viruses during the flu season, followed by adenovirus, SARS-CoV-2 and RSV. [Extracted from the article]
