In the course of the analysis Kovdor tailing dump, which is one of the largest technogenic alluvial tracts in Russia. Studies have shown that the tailings pond has several areas with different intensities dusting. The use of the known methods to isolate the surface in the current environment is not effective. This is due to the fact that the tailing dump are constantly filled and the surface-dusting layer regularly updated. For effective temporary fix, dusting surface layer of the array there is designed mobile spray complex on the rail track for dust suppression. A unique feature of the complex is that the use of the track allows you to fully automate the process of dust control, use single spray gun fogger and to process tailings areas according to their consistently alluvium. Using of rail travel also allows increasing the weight of the transported water tanks to reduce the frequency of replenishment. At concurrence of spray direction and the direction of the wind complex works in surface wetting mode, and in the opposite directions - in air humidification mode (air coming from an array).
