Abstract

The article focuses on the prevalence of pathogen, changes in atmospheric condition and the behavior of host organism as attributes of seasonal cycles of infectious diseases in Karachi, Pakistan. These attributes were investigated by researchers by using descriptive analysis of pediatric stool samples at the Aga Khan University Hospital Laboratory. Some of the most common organism in bacterial pathogens are vibrio cholera O1 Ogawa, campylobacter jejuni, and enteropathogenic escherichia coli.
