The concept of equality is very abstract and broad in its nature. Different definitions of equality exist in the history of human knowledge. In the postmodern age, the idea of a universal definition of equality has become like a myth. Religious metaphysics draws its theorization on revelation. After the feminist intellectual resistance against patriarchy, it became more complicated and controversial. Many feminist thinkers revisit history through women's perspective. In the tradition of Islam, many Islamic feminist thinkers like Asma Barlas, Amina Wadud and Liela Ahmed present the particular theorization by women on gender equality. From the gender's perspective, Asma Barlas and Amina Wadud reinterpret the holy Quran. Their hermeneutical works are an important attempt to prove gender equality from the Qur'an. This article would focus on the work of Molana Ayyub Dehlvi (herein after Molana) and his interpretation of gender equality, being an orthodox religious scholar, Molana's interpretation is important and has not been discussed previously in the mainstream literature on Islamic feminism. The researchers used textual analysis with special reference to Molana Ayyub Dehlvi's work. The paper explains the prophetic status of women in the context of gender equality. This prophetic status strengthens the role of women and also breaks the stereotypes which exist in the contemporary intellectual world against Islam. Muhammad Darzi was a poet and special disciple of Sheikh Tunswi, he used to attend the meetings of the Sheikh and collect his material under the name of Rahat al-Ashqeen, even writing this material in his own poems. Rahat's Material al-Ashqeen consists of ten chapters and has 650 pages, This precious manuscript is kept in the City Library of Pakistan (Maqdis Sharif) and it was written in 1278 and (Rahit al-Ashqeen) is one of the sources of Sufis and especially But the life and circumstances and teachings of Shah Sulaiman Tunsawi are considered to be the most important and reliable sources and the economy of that time is expressed. The mentioned version is very readable. The basis of this information is the commentary and interpretation of Quranic verses and hadiths, stories of imams, caliphs, and Sufis. In Pakistan, different types of educational institutions are working. There are three different types of education systems running here. These education systems or educational institutions include government schools, Private schools and Religious schools (Dīni Madāris). There are three parallel education systems running simultaneously in Pakistan and different curricula are being taught in these three types of educational institutions. Apart from the curriculum, there is a big difference between them. As far as religious madrassas are concerned, the religious madrassas established in Pakistan have their own special historical background. The importance of religious madrassas in various respects is undeniable. These are the religious schools (Dīni Madāris) that are providing the good and virtuous people that the society needs. The role of religious madrassas in eradicating ignorance and illiteracy from the country does not need any introduction or statement. Compared to other educational institutions of Pakistan, free education is provided in religious madrassas which is considered as a great boon to the society, country and nation. Religious schools in Pakistan teach Qur᾽an, Hadith, Seerah, Fiiq, Syntax and Logic etc. These religious madrassas are operating under different federations (Wifāq). The syllabus being taught in the religious schools of Pakistan is called Dars e Nizāmī, which is attributed to Mulāna Nizāmu Uddīn Sehālvī (d. 1161 AH). The curriculum included books on various sciences and arts. With the passage of time some partial changes have been made in this syllabus as per the need and circumstances, but even today this syllabus is called Dars e Nizāmī. This research article will attempt to take a scholarly look at the syllabus of religious schools affiliated to different federations in Pakistan and at the same time consider some possible aspects of improvement. Islamic law covers every aspect of practical life of human society and solves even new issues using different approaches of ijtihād since day one. After the fourth-century hijrī ( الھجری ) some diehard followers of some fiqhī schools initiated arguing against each other thereby underestimating the opinions of the opposing schools for the same of proving the superiority of their juristic opinions. This phenomenon was described by Shāh Walī Allāh 1703-1762 ) (شاہ ولی اللہ) ) as "Istikhraji Fiqh".1 Shāh Wali Allah Dehlvi did not like the strict adherence to any moderate Muslim school of thought as was propagated by the diehard scholars of these schools. After getting enlightened by extensive education and intuition in Dehli and “al-Haramain al-Sharifain” (the two holy cities), Shāh Walī Allāh came to the conclusion that the Dīn ( الدین ) should be (Re) interpreted as per the prevailing circumstances which was violent extremism in his time. To address the issue, Shāh came up with comprehensive principles of Dīn (Religion) in his great academic work "Hujjat Allāh al-Bālighah" ( حجة اللہ البالغة ) (“The Conclusive Argument from God”). These principles were intended to clarify the in-depth reality of extremism among Muslim scholars (which often led to violent extremism in his society) and recommended the way forward toward peacebuilding during the violent extremism in Muslim societies and most importantly, to develop the Islamic hermeneutics’ and legal theory of (Re) interpretation which should be acceptable to the traditionalists (Ahl al- Hadīth) ( اھل الحدیث ) and the rationalists (Ahl al-Rai’) ( اھل الرأی ) in the light of the true spirit of Islam. Shāh Walī Allāh described this as "al-Jāddah al- Qawīmah"( الجادّۃ القویمة ), “balanced approach to deal with Islamic Thoughts” (especially during the violent extremism) which he thoroughly elaborated in his book 'al-Tafhīmāt al-Ilāhiyah" ( التفھیمات الإٰلھیة ) in Tafhīm no. 66 along with other of his great academic works. The methodology of this paper is to describe and to analyze the Juridical Theory of al-Jāddah al-Qawīmah established by Shāh Walī Allāh for “Peacebuilding in Muslim Societies” in an Islamic Jurisprudential manner and to propose an academic adaptable model to promote peace in Pakistan. The purpose of the research is an empirical study of the impact of difference of opinion of Hadith Scholars and Ahnaaf among the Jurists regarding disagreement of the reliable reporters in narrating hadīth on Pakistan Community. As Pakistan is the multi-jurisdictional community, hence number of opinions on any topic may confuse Pakistani mind and it perceives as one is derived from Hadith and other is based on juristic opinion. This confusion primarily prevailed due to negligence of difference of methodology among Muhaddithin and Jurists regarding acceptance or rejection of Ahaad Hadith. Therefore, the main objective of the researh is to elaborate the methodologies of both type of scholars but the study will be limited to the critical analysis of the difference of opinion on disagreement of the reliable reporters in narrating hadīth and its effect on Juristic Opinions derived from Sunnah. The word Dir is derived from Sanskrit language, which means a place of worship or a monastery. The Greek would call Dir as "Goraaye". At some point in the past the word "yaghestᾱn" was used as the name for Dir, Bajaur and Gilgit areas. Dir is comprised of beautiful valleys in the high peaked Hamalyas mountains in the province of Khyber pakhtunkhwa. It was a princely state. It is bounded by Chitral to the northe west, swat to the east, Malakand to the south, Bajaur and Afghanistan to its south west. At the time of independence of Pakistan, the state of Dir was ruled by Nawab shah jehan. Dir was acceded to Pakistan in 1969. It was given the status of district in 1970 and in 1996 itwas devided into two districts,i.e lower and upper Dir. Dir has produced many renowned personalities in the politcs as well as in the religious field. This paper attempts to describe and explore the Islamic recruilment and selection process of an organization as defined by the Islamic Management Model based on the existing and available review of literature. The Islamic Management Model is a holistic approach in which the leaders 'surrender' their authorities to 'divine' instuctions and then use the knowledge gained from these instructions for managerial practice in the organizations. Here, 'Surrendering' to instructions means that organizational leaders value responsibility and accountability for performing the duties in the best possible way. Specifically, recruitment and selection have been studied because these have greatest impact on the overall success of any organization considering the importance of selecting the right man for the right job. Extant literalure is available on the Islamic Human Resource Management system however we find limited studies on the Islamic way of Recruiting and Selecting, so this study adds contribution to theory by providing an integrated review of the Recruilment and Selection process in the light of Islamic Management model using basic principles fiom Qur'an and Hadrth. Also, this study has practical implications for managers who are directly involved in the recruitment and selection process especially of Islamic organizations and can help them to avoid hiring mistakes. Pakistan grew with three types of education systems at the time of independence; the public sector, private and religious education institutions or Deeni Madaris. The rst two systems introduced modern or contemporary education where the students pursue higher education to meet the needs of globalization. As far as the third system that is religious education, has been delimited, since then, to the boundaries of mosque and Deeni Madaris due to internal and external factors. The religious education institutions, for the last many centuries produced renowned scholars, philosophers, and scientists whose work was used as a reference by other scientists of the world. But, unfortunately, Madaris could not continue their pace of work due to internal and external factors. The Deeni Madaris of Pakistan are afliated mainly with fteen examination boards /Wafaqs governed by Itihad Tanzeemat ul Madaris Pakistan (ITMP). According to Pakistan Education Statistics 2016-17, almost three Million students are getting education in the different levels of Dars-e-Nizami in 31,326 Deeni Madaris. Global changes and emerging technologies in the world drew Deeni Madaris and their education to the negotiation table; discussions were made at all levels wherein the governments intended different efforts of reforms in Madaris. In 2019, the Government of Pakistan signed an agreement ITMP to mainstream Deeni Madaris and integrate modern education with religious education. However, Madaris introduce contemporary education in non-formal means to ensure reforms. Both types of education are essential to be extended along with well-equipped facilities and resources in Deeni Madaris.
