Abstract

The article features the King Kong copper sculpture by plumber Wayne Lobb which was built out of old household hot-water cylinders in Manhattan, New York City. Lobb is the third generation of his family tending to Stratford's plumbing needs and works from the same shop his father did. The sculpture took a month of nights and weekends and 10 hot-water cylinders to complete.
