Information about the displayed materials during ingredient roundtable initiated by the Chemical Sources Association held in Newark, New Jersey is presented. The materials include 2-methyl-4-propyl-1,3-oxathiane from AM Todd, white tea distillate presented by Advanced Biotech, and the 1-octen-3-ol displayed by Bedoukian. Another material displayed was a chocolate essence processed from nibs and appropriate for use in beverages and bakery applications by Cargill Alfrebro.
