Abstract

The article presents a case report of a 37-year-old female in Nepal who had developed chronic graft versus host disease (GVHD). The patient was first diagnosed with severe aplastic anemia in 2003. She then underwent to allogenic hematopoietic cell transplant. After more than eight months of such procedure, the patient had submandibular lymphadenopathy and paroritis which then demonstrated chronic GVHD.
