Introduction. Waugh syndrome is the association of intestinal intussusception and malrotation. Although it had been described at the end of the last century, no more than 50 cases have been reported in the literature. In Mexico there are no reports. We present five male cases seen at the Hospital Pediátrico Moctezuma, whose ages ranged between three and six months. The course of the disease had between 12 and 24 h; in three of the patients the problem was solved with an enema; two, required surgery after three intents with hydrostatic reduction. RX allowed to identify the syndrome. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
