Abstract

The article presents a study on the foraging activity and capture rate of large nearctic shorebirds including Marbled Godwit, Long-billed Curlew and Willet. It cites the Comisión Nacional del Agua (CONAGUA) which facilitated all the environmental variables for the study. Further studies to assess the role of tropical coastal lagoons for the long-term conservation of large territorial shorebirds are recommended.
