In pandemic times the labor law has taken a one hundred and eighty degree twirl, announcing the beginning of a new era in employee-employer relations. Indeed, after almost two years of confinement due to the anti-contagion confinement, the national government had the duty to expedite new legislation to regulate the home-officer’s that comes to complement the existing one refering the known teleworking. These measures are the product of pandemic globalization, where there are new ways of job relations between human beings. This document is an update and review of the research product Teleworking as a contemporary trend, Medellín, Universidad de Medellín, 2016. Legal Research Group Universidad de Medellín. In addition, it is an update and review of the research product presented at the 1st International Meeting of Research Groups, Universidad Mariana de Pasto. It is also the beginning of a broader reflection of the new Ethics, Innovation and Peace research project of the Carlos Mauro Hoyos Research Center of the Institute of Studies of the Public Ministry of the Attorney General’s Office, which aims to demonstrate the results of the pandemic effects in labor relations, which have generated new scenarios in the contracting and modification of the labor legislation, but even when some of them have been given before, it is necessary to complement, thus remaining an important challenge for the current administration and legislators of the country, who must adapt the present regulations and adapt them to the newest needs of the society.
