Present study was carried out to access alteration in hematobiochemical parameters in dogs affected with canine monocytic ehrlichiosis. Forty two ehrlichiosis positive dogs, presented to TVCC, DUVASU, Mathura, were sampled for hematobiochemical parameters study. Haematology revealed significant (Mean±SE) decrease in Hb (5.57 ±0.54g/dl), PCV (22.97 ± 0.60%), TLC (5.12 ±0.32×103/μL), TEC (2.58 ± 0.12×106/μL), platelets (0.48 ±0.01×105/μL), lymphocytes (5.58 ± 0.30%) and significant increase in neutrophils (82.64 ±0.40%). Biochemical analysis revealed significant increase in ALT (79.95 ±0.48IU/L), AST (78.01 ± 1.91 IU/L), ALP (88.00 ±4.53IU/L) and BUN (42.16 ±1.13) while significant decrease in total protein, albumin and globulin in diseased group.
