The article presents a study on the potential role of work context in various wellness outcomes for patient care workers in the U.S. It explores the relationships among low back pain (LBP), poor physical activity and sleep deficiency among patient care workers. It notes that efforts concerning the improvement of work organization and social relations may contribute in improved worker health.
