The article discusses the role of sculptor John Colt to the refurbishment of the Charterhouse Chapel in London, England. It is stated that the chapel is a combination of medieval priory, Renaissance mansion and Jacobean almshouse and school. According to the authors, Colt created some of the artistic masterpieces of the chapel including the sculpture depicting the figures of Moses and Aaron. They denote that other arrangements for the chapel reflects the concept of Laudian pattern. Details and photographs of the remaining sculpture of the chapel are also presented.
