The article presents a reprint of the article "The Question Lung Ying-tai Could Not Answer," by I-Chung Chen which appeared in the August 27, 2006 issue of "China Times." It discusses the civil disobedience movement known as the "Battle of Trafalgar" that happened on March 31, 1990 in London, England. It further discusses the theory of Lung Ying-tai on democracy in reference to the movement. Lung Ying-tai states that a people's revolution may destroy democracy itself.
