The article presents a study analyzing intersurgeon and intrasurgeon variability in Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) tunnel placement in clinical series of ACL reconstruction patients. The results revealed that overall surgeons were relatively consistent within their own cases of ACL tunnels and the surgeons performing ACL reconstructions were also consistent between each other in a clinical setting. It showed that intersurgeon variability ranged from 4% to 22% for tibial and femoral measures.
