This study goals to conclude the results of knowledge sharing and academic competence. The results obtained in this research aid as a orientation for stakeholders in the world of education to improve academic performance through knowledge sharing and competence so that the quality of learning increases. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 PTN students in Bandung in 2020. Sampling was carried out by using probability sampling method, this study uses path analysis. This analysis is used to define the causal relationship among variables sharing knowledge, competence and direct academic performance. and indirect influence. The results presented that there were indications of a affirmative and significant relationship among knowledge sharing and competence, knowledge sharing and academic performance, but there was a affirmative but not significant relationship between knowledge sharing through competence on academic performance.

This paper aims to design a quadratic optimization model of an investment portfolio based on value-at-risk (VaR) by entering risk-free assets and company liabilities. The designed model develops Markowitz's investment portfolio optimization model with risk aversion. Model development was carried out using vector and matrix equations. The entry of risk-free assets and liabilities is essential. Risk-free assets reduce the loss risk, while liabilities accommodate a fundamental analysis of the company's condition. The model can be applied in various sectors of capital markets worldwide. This study applied the model to Indonesia's mining and energy sector. The application results show that risk aversion negatively correlates with the mean and VaR of the return of investment portfolios. Assuming that risk aversion is in the 5.1% to 8.2% interval, the maximum mean and VaR obtained for the next month are 0.0103316 and 0.0138270, respectively, while the minimum mean and VaR are 0.0102964 and 0.0137975, respectively. The finding of this study is that the vector equation for investment portfolio weights is obtained, which can facilitate calculating investment portfolio weight optimization. Crimes against the economy pose a significant challenge to the development and maintenance of economies across the world. The Indonesian government has enacted a number of laws, notably Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Crimes, in order to address this issue and find a solution. This legislation plays a significant part in the fight against economic criminal activity in all areas of the economy. The purpose of this research is to investigate the challenges and elements that contribute to the success or failure of anti-corruption efforts. This study employed an empirical research method, which is a type of legal research that involves examining primary and secondary data, specifically data obtained directly from the public through field studies and literature studies. Field studies and literature studies are two of the most significant challenges facing efforts to eradicate economic crime in Indonesia. This study has significant implications that will enhance knowledge, provide advice, and provide suggestions to boost the efficacy of the execution of Law Number 20 of 2001 in eliminating economic crimes. These implications are crucial because this research will promote understanding, provide direction, and provide recommendations. It is anticipated that these repercussions will serve as the foundation for specific policies and actions that will boost the level of success achieved in the fight against economic crimes in Indonesia. Conservation area buffer zones are recognized to provide ecological, social, and economic benefits in supporting conservation areas' integrity. Nevertheless, little is known hitherto about the development dynamics of conservation area buffer zones in Indonesia. Therefore, a study concerning theory, policy, and management of the conservation area buffer zones in Indonesia is necessary to analyze its performance, identify problems in its implementation, and formulate its evidence-based development policy. This study aims to identify and analyze issues in implementing the concept of conservation area buffer zone as well as recommend policy formulation to accelerate the development of conservation area buffer zones in Indonesia. This study is an exploratory research through a literature review with semi-systematic approach. It finds that there are only nine out of 530 (1.7%) conservation areas in Indonesia with a formally established buffer zone. This condition is mainly due to the absence of buffer zone institutions at the regional government levels. Meanwhile, the management of supposedly buffer zones has been conducted through various projects for strengthening the functions of buffer zones by conservation area managers, either in the form of landbased or non-land-based projects. This study results in recommendations for all interested parties to urge the Ministry of Environment and Forestry and the Ministry of Home Affairs to promulgate and renew the regulations concerning the procedures of establishing and managing conservation area buffer zones. The purpose of this article is that future criminal law is in line with the development of international society, but still upholds the noble values and culture of the nation itself. The objective of this paper is to discuss the organizational performance. Specifically, this paper discuss the organizational performance in order to improve the public service on the Indonesia state owned bank environment. Over the past five years, the performance of state owned banks shown positive improvement. The performance growth also triggered an increase of its services to the public. The performance of organization is related to how effective organization in moving towards the fulfillment of its objective, mission and how effective the organization in carrying its objective and mission. In general, the objective, vision and mission of state owned banks is always prioritizes public satisfaction as their main customer. While, the mission of state owned banks in general is to consist of providing excellent service to customers by professional human resources and conducting the best banking activities to support the economic improvement of society. Abstract: Erosion is a common problem of almost all watershed area in Indonesia, includes in the Ngrancah sub watershed. Efforts to control erosion based on the vegetation analysis is very important as vegetation has a significant role in reducing the erosion rates. The objective of this research is to study the clustering of ecological units based on the vegetation parameters to find out the most influenced vegetation factor in erosion control. Vegetation data were collected by establishing plots of 20 m x 20 m in the field to examine the canopy percentage and Shannon diversity index. Micro stat program was used for clustering. The research result showed that the canopy percentage is the most influenced factor to be considered in erosion control. The proposed erosion control was determined based on the vegetation parameters, soil fertility and erosion rates resulted that for each group required their own techniques to reduce erosion. The main problem with electricity supply on densely populated islands is reliable, low-carbon, and sustainable electricity. The availability of potential energy needs in-depth observation to ensure that the system can be built sustainably. This paper examines the integration of PV systems and diesel power systems on Karimunjawa Island to meet the need for reliable systems from economic, ecological, and technological aspects. Using the DigSilent Power Factory program to obtain the system response interference and penetration of the Photovoltaic (PV) system. Furthermore, this paper also tests short circuit analysis and economic feasibility analysis while validating the Levelized Cost of Electricity (LCOE) and Electric Production Cost (EPC) approaches. The results show that the availability of irradiation can handle the electricity needs on Karimunjawa Island. In addition, it proposes the designed requirements for an integrated PV power system and Diesel Power Plant (DPP) system. The global COVID-19 pandemic has caused panic. In addition, it disrupted life and economic activities around the world. Prediction of the stock market during the COVID-19 pandemic became a major challenge because the data was not stationary, random, and complex nonlinear system. For this reason, an in-depth study of the following trends is required to develop an adequate predictive model to predict the stock market during the pandemic. This study designs a stock market prediction model during the COVID-19 pandemic on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using a deep learning approach based on artificial neural networks. The object of this research is the pharmaceutical industry in the health sector listed on the IDX. The input variables are the proposed model for predicting stock prices with daily stock price movements, including COVID-19 trend indicators, and the government's response tightness index to COVID-19 in Indonesia. The study results show that all proposed model systems achieve highly accurate forecasting for the stock market price prediction with MAPE 10%. Model 6-20-20-1 is the best model of all tested models, with MSE = 0.00055, RMSE = 0.007418, and MAPE = 1.17%. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
