Environmental damage is a negative effect of human activities. The young generation is saddled with the burden of environmental damage left by the previous generations and must take on a role as an agent of change in improving the environment. This study analyses the pro-environmental behaviour of Indonesian students, the factors affecting such behaviour, and efforts to improve those behaviours. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. Four hundred seventy (470) students in the department of geography and department of geography education from various public and private universities in Indonesia have participated as research respondents. The research instrument used was a questionnaire employing the Likert scale. The research variables were environmental knowledge (X1), environmental responsibility (X2), value-belief--norm (X3), environmental education (X4), and pro-environmental behaviour (Y). Data were analysed using path analysis through partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) software version 3. Findings revealed high levels of pro-environmental behaviour, affected by environmental knowledge, environmental responsibility, value-belief-norm, and environmental education having convincing positive effects on forming environmental behaviour.

The problem of this research is how to use assessment for school learning and what are students' creative thinking skills? Research objectives: First, to uncover, analyze, identify, describe the learning assessment used by teachers and students of Nusantara Indah Sintang Senior High School. Second, to express, analyze and describe students' creative thinking skills. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method of survey type. The population and sample are the teachers and students of Nusantara Indah Sintang Senior High School. Data collection tools in the form of questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis can be descriptive qualitative. The results of the study revealed that the use of assessment for learning in school was suboptimal or infrequent, both from teacher and student questionnaire data, as well as confirmed teacher and student interview data. Likewise, the creative thinking abilities of students who are also not optimally cheated or do it rarely can be seen from the teacher's questionnaire data - an average of 56.13 percent, while the students' questionnaire data, with an average of 1.66, do not agree with the category. In addition, it is confirmed by the interview data that the four indicators of creative thinking were not optimally enabled at school.

This research explores the implementation and utilization of the E-Arrival Card system in Indonesia, using Singapore's experience as a benchmark case study. The E-Arrival Card is an electronic innovation designed to streamline the arrival and immigration inspection process by collecting visitor information prior to entry. This study employs a qualitative methodology, including a detailed literature review and secondary data analysis, to evaluate the system’s deployment in Singapore, examining the associated policies, strengths, and weaknesses. The objective is to derive actionable recommendations for implementing a similar system in Indonesia. Data were gathered from various literature sources and analyzed using secondary analysis techniques. The findings indicate that in Singapore, the E-Arrival Card significantly enhances immigration efficiency and security while providing a positive user experience. In contrast, the system in Indonesia is still under development but has garnered positive feedback in trials conducted at several international airports. Based on these insights, this research recommends the development of a user-friendly online platform, integrating mobile applications, and using the E-Arrival Card for health monitoring and immigration law enforcement in Indonesia. The purpose paper to explain several aspects related to the management of teachers and education personnel at SMP Negeri 2 Tanjungpinang, which include: 1) planning for teachers and education personnel at SMP Negeri 2 Tanjungpinng; 2) organizing teachers and education staff at SMP Negeri 2 Tanjungpinang; 3) motivate teachers and education staff at SMP Negeri 2 Tanjungpinang; 4) supervision of teachers and education staff at SMP Negeri 2 Tanjungpinang. The research was conducted using a qualitative-descriptive approach. The process of data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out through the process of reduction, display, and verification. The guarantee of the validity and reliability of the data is obtained through extended observations, increased persistence and triangulation processes. The results showed that the planning of teachers and education personnel was carried out through a needs analysis process involving primary and secondary education assemblies, as well as school committees. Organizing teachers and education personnel is the placement of teachers and education personnel who have been selected from the admissions process in accordance with their respective fields. The process of motivating teachers and education personnel is not only done verbally but also in the form of direct examples from the principal. The supervision of teachers and education personnel is carried out in an administrative form by using monitoring instruments, in addition to class visits. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
