The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 is a comprehensive agenda that goals to transform the Indian education system to meet the challenges of the 21st century. It introduces several innovative approaches to enhance the quality and inclusivity of education. This research article explores the awareness of first year students in India regarding the NEP 2020. This research article investigates the awareness of students in India belonging undergraduate regarding the National Education Policy 2020 (NEP). The study aims to understand the level of awareness, perception, and engagement of students, who are the stakeholders in these respective groups with the NEP 2020. Primary data was collected by using a structured research instrument through Google forms & analysis was done through basic percentage analysis, bivariate U test keeping in mind the results of data normality along with Association and Reversion analysis. The findings provide insights into the awareness gaps and varying levels of engagement across the different educational levels, offering valuable implications for policymakers and educators to effectively implement the NEP 2020 reforms at each stage of education. Legal education has progressed in order to generate more competent and active lawyers. Ever since Advocates Act of 1961, the Bar Council of India (BCI) has indeed been critical in controlling legal standards of education and overseeing law institutions that offer law degrees. Conventional teaching approaches are insufficient for the legal education. Clinical Legal Education is an approach that allows students to gain hands on experience while learning. Also it, but not simply via the educational style, spreads the enthusiasm for general public and welfare care amongst law school students. As a result, Legal Aid works collaboratively with Clinical Legal Education. In skeleton legislation, all minute details cannot be explained, and the judiciary elaborates the horizon of these laws. Morality and law is subject of study where disputes may be resolved at their initial stage. As the circle revolves at present, there is no relation between law and morality, but at this explosive stage, we must look into this issue. Positive Psychology can play a great role in resolving disputes among people. Psychology can infuse morality into law and the system of justice administration where we can see positive societal results. Legal aid centers are aimed to disseminate information for the benefit of poor people and psychological methods to persuade them to develop their citizen character, respect elders, follow laws in letter and spirit, and use alternative dispute resolution methods. These factors may seem insignificant, but these are of great importance in lowering the cases. Currently, information and communication technology (ICT) impact every element of human existence. They are prominent in the workplace, business, education, and entertainment. Furthermore, many individuals see ICTs as change agents, bringing about changes in working circumstances, information management and exchange, instructional techniques, learning approaches, scientific research, and access to information and communication technology. In this digital age, using ICT in the classroom is critical for providing students with the opportunity to acquire and apply the necessary 21st-century skills. Furthermore, ICT helps teaching and learning, and its value for teachers in their position as designers of instructional settings cannot be overstated. ICT enables a teacher to communicate his lessons in an appealing and easy-to-understand manner to students at all educational programs. Today, teaching training programs in India are making ICT relevant and attractive. The Right to Free and Compulsory Education Act (RTE) of India (2009) and the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act (2001) from the US are two legislative acts designed to address the challenges of low student performance and high dropout rates in public schools among specific student populations. In the US, the targeted student groups included traditionally underperforming racial/ethnic minority students, such as Hispanic/Latino, African American, and Native American students, and students from low socioeconomic backgrounds. In India, the identified target population included disadvantaged groups, especially those in rural areas and female students. The term “weaker sections" was used in the legislation to refer to students in India who belong to a scheduled caste, scheduled tribe, or other student group facing social, cultural, economic, geographical, linguistic, gender, or other disadvantages. In particular, female students in India have historically faced significant barriers to completing even a primary education. Problems with school performance among the identified groups in both countries have long been rooted in race/ethnicity and poverty. In the US, the significant difference in academic performance between the identified student groups and middle-class/white students is referred to as “the achievement gap." RTE and NCLB follow a history of educational reform to improve educational systems that govern public schools. Purpose TO understand and evaluate current status of higher education in India, underline lacunae, and recommend proper strategies to bridge the gaps in terms of quantity and quality of higher education as obtaining in developed countries of the world and in India matching with global standards by bringing synergy through research and innovations compatable with the sustainbility. Design/Methodology/Approach: Descriptive, based on authentic secondary data. Findings: Indian Technological Universities and institutions both at UG and PG level need serious relook at processes employed for creation of knowledge and dissemination of knowledge to prepare both teachers and students resulting into wholistic personality development.
