Internet of Things abstracts the ability to remotely associate and observe things or objects over the Internet. When it comes to agriculture, this idea has been incorporated to make agriculture-related tasks smart, secure, and automated. Agriculture is vital for economic growth and also for the survival of humans. Farmers living in rural areas of India face a common problem of the theft of equipment like induction motors from small storage houses meant for storing commodities in crop fields. In this study, we present a remote security management framework for monitoring the crop field storage house, known as the farm security alert system (FSAS). FSAS is a small, energy efficient, low cost, and accurate security management system that uses microcontroller-based passive infrared (PIR) sensor and global system for mobile communication (GSM) module to generate an alert to the farm owner if there is an intrusion event at the crop field store. The microcontroller board utilized in the proposed model is the Arduino Uno, and PIR motion sensor is used to recognize the intruder. In addition, FSAS also can be used for monitoring of induction motor by utilizing a similar arrangement of sensors. The sensor signal is transmitted to the cloud whenever the intruder is within the sensing range of the sensor node. Naive Bayes' prediction model is used to identify the level of encroachment as no (green), mild (yellow), or high (red) threat. The status and the alarms can be received by the farm owners, either on their smartphones as application alerts or as a short message/phone call, at any distance, and independent of whether their cell phones are connected to the Internet. Background-Increased carotid intima media thickness or ventricular hypertrophy and they are also at increased risk of cardiovascular disease in adulthood. Moreover, BP tracks from childhood to adulthood. Consequently, detection and management of elevated BP at an early age may be an important mean for limiting the disease burden due to hypertension. The causes for increase in blood pressure are attributed to obesity. Aim and objectives- to find out the prevalence and the risk factors of hypertention in school going children in uttar Pradesh, India. Materials and method-Children those who were having positive family history, findings were reconfirmed by telephonic interview of parents, about their current medications and doctor visits. All the entries were double checked for any possible key-board error. Association of each of the categorical with hypertension (outcome variable) is assessed with chi-square test. Results -55 were hypertensive while in the female population 35 were hypertensive. 10 hypertensive males were <10 years of age and 18 were between the age of 10-12 years. In female population 2 were <10, 20 were between 10-13 and 12 were <13 years of age. Conclusion-Life style modification which includes weight control, encouragement of exercise, reduction in dietary sodium and fat and, where appropriate, cessation of smoking and alcohol. It is essential to assess and, wherever possible, modify all cardiovascular risk factors. Prevention of the problem through healthy lifestyle choices and prevention of obesity is important. GIS based groundwater uranium and other physico-chemical parameters pH, electrical conductivity, oxidation reduction potential, temperature, chloride, fluoride, nitrate, sulphate, phosphate, total hardness, calcium, magnesium, bicarbonate were analyzed in the alluvial soil region of Gunnaur tehsil of India. A comprehensive study of spatial distribution, spatial autocorrelation, uranium speciation, bi-variate spatial correlation and multi-variate cluster variable analysis assessment were conducted in order to determine uranium linkages with other water parameters. The minimum, mean and maximum values of uranium concentration were found to be below detection level, 9.33 µg/L and 51.5 µg/L, respectively. 92.85% of the samples had uranium concentration below 30 µg/L, which was within WHO prescribed limit. Ca2UO2(CO3)3 was found as dominating uranium species. Spatial distribution and bi-variate analysis showed linkages between uranium with calcium and bicarbonates. Cluster analysis showed that pH, oxidation reduction potential and fluoride levels were the driving factors of uranium with a 43.3092 similarity level. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
