The article presents a case study of a child, diagnosed with tuberculosis arthritis, who had not received the BCG vaccine, as his parents migrated from Canada to India when he was four months old. The synovial biopsy was conducted for mycobacteria through histology acid-fast bacilli staining and mycobacterial culture. It is given that heterogeneous clinical presentation and rarity of tuberculosis arthritis contribute to its diagnostic difficulty.
