Although nuclear power plants produce about 20% of India's power, the risk posed by radioactive leakage is considerable. Radiation leakage detection devices must be installed in all nuclear power plants to ensure that avoidable catastrophes never occur again and that the loss of human life is prevented. A safe atmosphere for inhabitants and workers may be ensured by keeping a consistent radiation level in all applications that use radioactive material. Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor technology, or CMOS, uses complementary and symmetrical MOSFETS for logic-based functions in various applications, such as analog circuits (CMOS sensors). The Internet of Things (IoT) extends the power of the Internet beyond computing devices to a multitude of other things, processes, and environments. The main objective of this paper is to find a better and more creative solution for radioactive leakage detection techniques over present-day techniques. In this paper, the Authors aim to integrate CMOS and IOT applications for radioactive leakage detection methods on an industrial level. Within this paper, we have given brief descriptions of CMOS and IoT with their types, functions, methodology, and applications. CMOS is considered to be the most sophisticated and precise technology that can be employed to measure radiation leaks of all types (alpha rays, beta rays, gamma rays, and neutrons). With the help of IOT, massive disasters can be averted using complex alert systems. A well-coordinated combination of the two technologies has the potential to vastly increase leak detection potential and consistency. The study's major goal is to develop new and improved technology for detecting released radiation in the industry in order to obtain real-time information about the material leaked, as well as the location of the leak and the quantity of leakage that occurred, in order to reduce the danger of a natural catastrophe. Due to aging infrastructure & hostile operating environment, the pipelines in oil industry also faces the all-time threat of corrosion & erosion affecting leakage in the pipelines, causing emergency plant shutdown triggering huge economical, infrastructure and sometimes human loss and also makes the refinery inoperable for least 7 days. The inspection, cleaning and monitoring techniques for critical components of oil pipelines is based on robotics. India ranks second in Asia for its overall oil reserve but to meet the rising demands of oil, India is the fifth largest importer of crude oil in the world. Cross country pipelines are a safest, economical and most eco-friendly method of transportation of crude oil imported to India, flowing from offshore to a petrochemical plant. These pipelines are the arteries and veins of the fuel industry, similar to natural one in these artificial arteries the crude oil is continuously flowing in deeply buried cross-country pipelines containing slug and wax which get deposited within the pipeline creating a blockage and the situation gets even worse due to the presence of corrosion & erosion because of their. In this research, we have focused on details of a pipe inspection gauge robot which can be used for cleaning and leakage detection of cross-country pipelines which runs with the current of crude oil within the buried pipelines. West chemicals send to the water at that time water will be polluted. water pollution is effect on the water animals so it is problem for healthy society. If suppose any harmful chemical is going on to the at that pipe into the river. That information will be send to the factory owner and also send to the pollution control office. Abstract: The Fast Breeder Test Reactor (FBTR) is a 40MWt, loop type sodium cooled fast reactor built at Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research (IGCAR), Kalpakkam as a fore-runner to the second stage of Indian nuclear power programme. The reactor design is based on the French reactor Rapsodie with several modifications which include the provision of a steam-water circuit and turbo-generator. FBTR uses sodium as the coolant in the main heat transport medium to transfer heat from the reactor core to the feed water in the tertiary loop for producing superheated steam, which drives the turbo-generator. Sodium and water flow in shell and tube side respectively, separated by thin-walls of the ferritic steel tubes of the once-through steam generator (SG). Material defects in these tubes can lead to leakage of water into sodium, resulting in sodium water reactions leading to undesirable consequences. Early detection of water or steam leaks into sodium in the steam generator units of liquid metal fast breeder reactors (LMFBR) is an important requirement from safety and economic considerations. The SG leak in FBTR is detected by Sputter Ion Pump (SIP) based Steam Generator Leak Detection (SGLD) system and Thermal Conductivity Detector (TCD) based Hydrogen in Argon Detection (HAD) system. Many modifications were carried out in the SGLD system for the reactor operation to improve the reliability and availability.
