The article discusses the highlights of the two-day International Federation of Library Associations (IFLA) Presidential Meeting 2011 which was held in the Koninklijke Bibliotheek at the National Library of the Netherlands in The Hague. The conference, with the theme "Libraries Driving Access to Knowledge: Action for Europe," was jointly organized by the Netherlands Library Forum and the IFLA.
