This article explores the presentation of the Hagar-Sarah story in Galatians, using intertexture and its application to the Ghanaian context. Galatians is addressed to Christians, whose preoccupation with keeping the Law was splitting their churches along racial lines, separating Jews from Gentiles. Paul reacted to such a situation using Scriptures as his basis by reinterpreting it to suit his purpose. This is what is called intertexture. The work is divided into two parts.
