The elaboration of a charter of ethics and support for the elderly, drawn up by Fabrice Gzil, places different notions of care at the center of the care of the elderly for those working in the field at the Groupe hospitalier sud Île-de-France (GHSIF). The 10 points presented are implemented on a daily basis.
