The article informs that a subsidiary Eckert and Ziegler AG will be manufacturing pharmaceutical 68Ge/68Ga generators in Berlin, Germany. It further informs that the generators are used in Positron Emission Tomography for the production of Gallium-68 radionuclide. It mentions that the Society for Nuclear Medicine (SNM) Annual Meeting to be held from June 9-13, 2012 in Miami, Florida will feature the exhibition of Eckert and Ziegler.
