The I-Support's MOT School aims to provide MOT education that is on par with MOT education in the United States and Europe by incorporating the strong points of the U.S. and European business schools into its courses designed to suit the needs of Japanese companies. It provides for a systematic education program with 80 sessions (200 hours). Lectures provide both theoretical analysis and case studies discussions. In addition to their teaching skills, the lecturers are experts who have theoretical capability to assess MOT from the perspective of science and current methodologies. The school has a full-time director who supervises the coordination of the curriculum and the planning, management, and direction of the MOT program. The curriculum is structured to foster personnel who benefit from technology. Many practical courses are offered so as to meet the needs of companies. The curriculum is flexible and allows special lectures to be conducted in a timely manner and new courses added whenever the need arises. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
